This is just the activation of Marine Corps Reserve (RC’s). The RC’s from the Air Force and the Navy are also being called up as well. Yes the US says it found and killed Abu Bakr al Baghdadi. Trump is still being criticized for his handling of the raid by not informing Congress etc. He addressed the nation yesterday at 9 am. I find nothing wrong with his disclosure or keeping it under wraps. More commentary in a day or so.

There were photos today of a compound that was blown to smithereens. We are told this was Baghdadi's place where he was located. The official narrative of the mission to kill him says he was cornered in a dead end tunnel where he blew himself up and he had three children with him believed to be his.
Ali al-Basri head of the Iraqi Intelligence Forces spoke previously to the Turkish news, Al Sabah saying Baghdadi had been paralyzed during an Iraqi Forces raid in 2018 in al Hojin. If this is true, he could not have been running thru a tunnel.
Next, the CIA reportedly said, I think Business Insider reported this, they had Baghdadi's DNA from when Syrian SDF forces stole his underwear a few months ago when he was not home. If he now had a wife and three kids they would have been home, nobody could have gotten in his compound to do that.
Kayla Mueller was a foreign aid worker, captured who became [unwillingly] his wife. In letters she wrote to her family, that were published she said she was at a house and the guys treated her well, meaning someone was always home at the compound. When Baghdadi would come home he would call for her to come upstairs and she knew what that meant, he wanted sex. This shows people are always home at the Compound, so no the Syrian SDF could not have stolen his drawers. If the snuck in how would they know which ones were his anyway? The victims Three US Navy sailors were killed when they "didn't run from danger" after the gunman opened fire at the base, US Navy officials said. Two of 19 suspects named by the FBI, Saeed Alghamdi and Ahmed Alghamdi, have the same names as men listed at a housing facility for foreign military trainees at Pensacola. Two others, Hamza Alghamdi and Ahmed Alnami, have names similar to individuals listed in public records as using the same address inside the base.

1. I’ve had a chance to check in with sources, including two US officials who had intelligence briefings after the strike on Suleimani. Here is what I’ve learned. According to them, the evidence suggesting there was to be an imminent attack on American targets is “razor thin"

IRAN - The Assassination of Qassam Soleimani Aftermath
Firstly, I try to present the sides of the conflict(s) you may not hear about because the media in our country is controlled by seven companies. I think it is also important that you know what other people think particularly in foreign affairs. You cannot have effective negotiations by using just your own reasoning on how you think oppositional parties may think. You have to LISTEN to what they have to say, evaluate it and make appropriate decisions. When Obama was trying to broker peace with Iran, he sent Hillary and John Kerry to present our point of view as a nation and create dialogue with talking points. You need statesmen, spokespeople who understand the conflicts and our role in them if you want peace. We have failed to achieve that.
Since Iran has not overtly threatened the US it is important to understand why Trump took this action. Some will say it was a personal vendetta.
General Soleimani said some nasty things to Trump.
“Mr. Trump, the gambler! You are well aware of our power and capabilities in the region,” Soleimani yelled, pointing toward the camera. “It has been over a year since Trump became US president, but that man’s rhetoric is still that of a casino manager, of a bar.” 'Come, we are waiting for you. We are the real men on the scene, as far as you are concerned. You know that a war would mean the loss of all your capabilities. You may start the war, but we will be the ones to determine its end.'

Staff Sergeant Robert Bartlett was one of several thousand US soldiers wounded by “explosively made penetrators,” a particularly deadly form of IED, in Iraq. They were designed to kill American troops, and were built and shipped to Iraqi terror groups by Soleimani. In just a two-year period, from 2005-2007, they claimed the lives of an estimated 600 US servicemen in Iraq, according to the Department of Defense.
The force of the projectile “cut me in half from the left corner of my temple down to my jaw, and took my gunner’s legs off. Because of this Iranian bomb, I died three times in five days. Only my faith kept me alive,” Sgt. Bartlett told me in a videotaped interview. The US never retaliated for these attacks.
In 2011, Soleimani and his men recruited a down-and-out drug dealer named Manssor Arbabsiar, to try to assassinate then-Saudi ambassador to Washington, DC, Adel al-Jubeir, who had angered the Iranian regime by publicly calling out their terror ties.
According to federal court documents, Arbabsiar traveled repeatedly to Tehran to meet with an associate of Soleimani’s to receive orders and money and ultimately recruited a Mexican drug dealer to carry out the barbarous plot the Iranians proposed: to kill al-Jubeir while he was lunching at the upscale restaurant at the Watergate Hotel.
If successful, the bombing could have killed more than a hundred people in the heart of the US capitol, but Soleimani reportedly wasn’t worried about the collateral damage. As I wrote at the time, the only reason the plot failed was very good luck (as far as the FBI was concerned). Arbabsiar chose the wrong Mexican to carry out the hit, one who happened to be an informant for the Drug Enforcement Administration.
Former Iranian intelligence officers told me about Soleimani’s direct involvement in planning, financing and directing the Sept. 11, 2012, attacks on US diplomatic and intelligence facilities in Benghazi, Libya, where four Americans were killed. His goals in attacking us in Benghazi were to shut down the US arms pipeline from that city to the anti-regime jihadi groups in Syria and ultimately to drive the United States out of Libya entirely, both of which he accomplished.

The Seretary of Iran’s Expediency Council, Mohsen Rezayel said it is his country’s right to seek revenge as it is enshrined in the United Nations Charter. CLOSING REMARKS: This killing does cross a red line. Killing foreign nationals in other countries is not permissable under international law, though it does go on all the time in covert ways by the military/intel people who coordinate it and blame someone else. Killing is killing. God left very specific laws for when it was permissable and under what circumstances. He left these laws for the Jews, the Christians, and the Muslims. You may kill to avenge the death of someone close to you who was killed intentionally, you may kill to protect your homes, familiies, religion IF you are under attack. Going out to blow things up or use a drone to kill someone is not permissable jihad for anyone.

There is NO Cease-Fire per THE Taliban. Though everyone involved on both [the US and the Taliban side] would like there to be meaningful intra-Afghan dialogue and lasting peace. One of the big problems is that Daesh is receiving help from the Kabul governmental administration. Daesh will work with the Afghan National Army because if they wipe out the Taliban, the ANA is no challenge for them. They can get rid of them very easily once the Talibs are out of the way.
On 11-12-19 One Hundred Twenty One Daesh members were rescued by the Kabul administration in Achin in Nangahar, also helped by Daesh in Jowzjan.
So since it just continues 1-3-20 The Talibs stormed a military base in Gultipa district of Kunduz 15 killed, 11 injured.
1-3-20 A base in Kandahar was shelled with missiles.
1-4-20 Taliban forces destroyed a "hireling tank" in Dara Baiden area of Sherak in Ghor with an i.e.d.
There is more and it will continue until the US with it's money stops or demands accountabilityu for the money it sends to the Kabul administration who is accepting Daesh members to fight against the Taliban. Until then, no cease-fire. No surrender.

While there area reports that King Salman called to call for peace and regional stability in Iraq, there is something else. Al Akhbar, from Lebanon had a report on October 4, 2019 which reportedly said there were classified documents that called for Washington's support of "the political solution in Yemen" and ALSO for an attack on Iran back in 2017. Saudi Arabia would be covertly behind it but the US would be the the visible force that did it. Well it is a few years later, but is this how it will be? No it was not at the behest of King Salman, but someone else at a high level of influence and persuasion.

Almost exactly 24 hours later, a new strike targeted a convoy belonging to the Hashed al-Shaabi, an Iraqi paramilitary network whose Shia-majority factions have close ties to Iran, the group said in a statement.
It did not say who was responsible but Iraqi state television reported it was a US air strike.
A police source told AFP the bombardment north of Baghdad left “dead and wounded,” without providing a specific toll. There was no immediate comment from the US.

A pair of Katyusha rockets then hit the Balad airbase north of Baghdad, where American troops are based, security sources and the Iraqi military said.

In a seperate incident, a mortar fell in the vicinity of Mosul’s Nineveh Operation Command headquarters, according to Al Arabiya sources. There are reports of several mortars hitting the al-Kindi military base in northern Mosul, according to Al Arabiya’s correspondent.

Iran attacked two US military bases with 13 missiles. Trump to address the nation [us] at some point this evening.
We have really been at war with Iran when we first implemented sanctions on them hurting their economy and people. Now comes the visible war like part.
If they close the Straits of Hormuz oil rises from 60 or 70 dollars per barrel to 150. Our economy suffers. Our people suffer. It will not make America Great Again. It will bankrupt America. Israel will be hit.

Congress votes tomorrow on legislation written by Elissa Slotkin, D- Michigan, to limit Trump's war powers. It will end the use of armed forces to engage in hostilities unless Congress has formally authorized it or if there is imminent armed attack on the US. Slotkin former CIA analyst previously served in Iraq. Analysts calculate consequences of potential actions which may be taken by the military.
Congress seeks to end the posturing foreign policy that has been going on among nations here and abroad. Trump met with Khalid bin Salman from Saudi Arabia Tuesday morning. They were transparent about it, the US kept it quiet.
Only a freshman in Congress dares to tread on this ground. We should be thankful as Iran reminded us there are 27 bases they can reach including Dubai and Haifa.

Twenty minutes ago the House passed the aforementioned legislation with a vote of 224 for and 194 against.
It does not need Trump's signature.
Next week the Senate version by Tom Kaine, D-VA will be voted on possibly on Tuesday. That one would require Trump's signature.

The goal is get US forces to leave the region. They will NOT target civilians. That is un-Islamic. In Islam if you kill one innocent person it is like killing all of humanity. They are a people of manners and mercy. 2.95 million people took the subway to co
come to grieve Soleimani, they call him the General of Hearts. That's how much he was loved there. To allow our troops to remain there cannot be accepted. If we were a people of understanding we would not have put sanctions on a nation that hurts it's people. We need oil, we should accept that it is God's will they have 10% of the world's supply. He trusts them to manage it responsibly. We should act with dignity and honor making good, fair trade deals so everyone benefits. Yet what do we do and plan?
They cannot allow their God given resources to be plundered and their people murdered. They must defend themselves and that means getting troops to leave their lands. They are a sovereign nation as we are. Will we ever respect the state sovereignty of other nations? If not there will be wars, dead bodies on both sides.
