It was kinda funny, I drove Droogie there, we parked less than a block from the theater.  Right as we got out of the car Devon walked by - I said hi, looking forward to a great show.  It was a small place, only held about 500 people, but the crowd was really into it and it was a great show.  Interesting that he threw in Are You Experienced - guess he was on the Experience Hendrix tour.

Paging Lee, I got a call out of the blue today from MusicCityBlues aka Larry. He was asking about Rich.m We were wondering if you ever hear from him.

Hiya Bill! I haven't heard from Rich in years. He should still have my number, but I don't have his. The last I knew, he lived in Charlotte, but that was a long time ago.

That's what I heard and I probably heard it from you

Ordered my Guess Who tickets. I've never seen them before. I was supposed to see Burton Cummings, but COVID killed that. If the show had been two days sooner, I would have caught the show.

Gave some serious thought to a Z Z Top concert last week but ultimately decided against since it's closer nowadays to Billy Gibbons playing a greatest hit show with two other guys.

I hope you can make it. Any chance you are going to see Oteil Saturday at Park West?

I kind of laughed at the ticket price. It was more than I ever paid to see the ABB. And this is including 15 or so shows at The Beacon.

Saw the Blooze Brothers Sunday night - they were a lot of fun.  Pulled up in the Bluesmobile, Jake and Elwood get out and walk through the crowd - played songs from the movie and some other Chicago bands songs.  Looking forward to all the free music this summer and sitting on the deck with my Bose speaker every night ...
