My picks would be:

1970 05 02 Pennsylvania
1970 12 31 New Orleans
1971 03 20 New Orleans

As for later eras, I do not have many recordings, so I stick with

1974 - one show representative of the tour
1975 - one show representative of the tour

1995 or 1996 - one show representative of the tour
One show with Jack Pearson
