New music from Duane out June 12th.  "Isle of Hope"  Palmetto Motel is a new band with only Johnny Stachela (guitar) returning. New members include JD Simo (guitar) Brian Allen (bass) Philip Towns (keys) Derrek Phillips (drums).  New single "Down to Houston" video out now.  Gonna miss Pedro on bass.

Duane and Johnny have been real tight for years now.

I wonder why everyone else in the MM band has been replaced?

Quit or told they were out or a little of both.

Pedro will be missed.

I guess that's why it's the "Motel" players check in and check out.

New song.

I see Dickey's 1961ES-335 dot neck.

I like the teaser track - great potential live

His dad always seemed to be shuffling lineups so maybe its in the DNA?

My guess is Duane is going for more stage presence from his band.

Ginty is great technically but stiff and serious. Pedro's fun but to the point of goofy at times. The young black drummer with dreads always felt temporary.

Simo will bring a lot though I question why you'd want another gunslinger up there like they do already in the Allman Betts

Eager to hear the record regardless!
