Personally, I'd hate to see any former/current U.S. President actually go to prison. But look at what's become of American politics.
As a 12 year-old, my class visited the Georgia State capitol. We watched the proceedings and took note of the CIVILITY that existed. It was obvious that the elected officials didn't agree on every issue, but they were so CIVIL about it. We'd hear phrases like, "I respectfully disagree with the Representative from Henry County ..." - everything was in that vein. No name-calling or acting out.
In 2024 we literally witnessed a cat fight between several elected officials (fake eye lashes vs. bad, butch body, etc.). Donald Trump (and others) use phrases in their everyday orations that would've been bleeped from television sets a few years ago. Same dude encourages his "sheeple" to attach the nation's Capitol building when the ball didn't bounce his way. This is not civil, nor is it "adult" behavior.
No, Trump won't go to jail. But he and a bunch of of the D.C. bad actors seriously deserve some "time out".

But that judge is a human being - susceptible to being annoyed by subjects who insist on violating gag orders, spouting bad things (most often utter nonsense) about his (judge's) fairness and family etc. I would not BLAME the judge if he did decide to $hit-can the great orange one. And if Trump DID get jail, it would be at some air conditioned clubhouse on an elite military base somewhere. Something that would literally be a move-up for most people.
