Hope everybody else enjoyed the eclipse. I saw some awesome live stream from the groups Oregon Tech Wilsonville GRASP Group team who streamed from Detroit Lake, Oregon and the USC coverage from Arco, Idaho. Simply amazing because the sky is clear out there and you could see the darkness overtake the sky on top of the light that spread across the horizon in a big white line. They sent up balloons to capture it. I don't know why I didn't see anything impressive from the ISS satellite above the earth. I also don't know why the other live feeds did not seem to be working when I checked them out; but what I did see was absolutely beautiful.

Hopefully they will put their streams back up again later.

Had Dark Side of the Moon in my head the whole eclipse. As far as humor goes, I've dumped plenty of clunkers on here, it's the trying that counts - gets pretty grim here, nice to see Mule keepin it light.

I actually thought it was the best thing Mule ever posted..... not the funniest, but pretty good..... it was obscured in my location, and I was blasting Eclipse...... so at least this was the first time he told the truth.....

BoytonBrother, this is for you A wizard had a bad cold, so he summoned a physician to cure him. But you can't cure a cold, so he told the wizard to eat a lot of apples and that he'd get better quickly. The wizard didn't like this. He exploded in a rage, screamed, "Apples? I'll show you apples!" He waved his magic wand and turned the physician into an apple.

Then the wizard decided to teach him a lesson, so he scooped him up and put him in a magic box to confine him. However, he realized that his cold had weakened his spells, so he checked the box every day to see if it was getting heavier, which would show that the physician was returning to his natural form. Then he recast the spell to keep it strong. This went on for several weeks, because a weigh a day keeps the doctor an apple.

Best joke today is Trump's re-tweet of him "eclipsing" Obama in a meme. The morons didn't realize that they made Obama the sun, and Trump the smaller, dark, moon that is only in front for a split second in time. Hilarious!
