I wish Trump would do more to bridge the gap. And I wish those opposing him would do more to wait and react to the actual policies and laws coming out of the administration to protest. But we are hopelessly divided and with each election cycle it only gets worse and worse and worse.

Where did I say it was awful? Gridlock doesn't bother me as much as some, in fact I believe it has certain advantages. But it's the Democrats that have been whining about it for eight years, and now we get to see how they really feel about "obstruction." I bet they don't feel it's quite as awful all the sudden.
