Al QAIDA update

Dagestan fighters are at odds with Jabhat al Nusra fighters. Jabhat al Nusra is an al Qaida affiliate.

"The Daghestani militants fight alongside an Uzbek-led group within Nusra, Katiba Sayfullah. Its members include Chechens and Daghestanis as well as Arabic-speaking fighters. Nusra has pledged allegiance to Al-Qaeda chief Ayman al-Zawahiri."

http://www.rferl.org/content/militants-warn-recruits-against-is-mirage-and-illusion/27167204.html

Remarks: Ayman al Zawahiri gave his oath of loyalty to Mullah Omar as did the traditional Al Qaida base. With the transitioning going on in Afghanistan now, he is probably waiting for things to be settled. What is noteworthy is that fighters in the tribal areas of Pakistan have given their oath of loyalty (bayat) to Abu Bakr al Baghdady, head of the Islamic State. So it seems that we have the Islamic State versus all the other groups. Sectarian war in all of these states, (Syria, Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan). Does the US pullout, or do we wait for the destabilization of Turkey and begin an incursion into Iran? - When Russia and China support Iran.

AFGHANISTAN 8.5.15 update a little early

RE: The shura. 10 out of 18 members opposed Mullah Mansoor's successorship, and all of the Shura members were not present when the decision was taken to make him the new Emir.

Mullah Abdul Manan and Yaqoob have said "Our family... has not declared allegiance to anyone amid these differences," Manan said in an audio message released Sunday, without naming Mansour. "We want the ulema (religious scholars) to resolve the differences rather than declaring allegiance to any side," said the audio message, which Taliban sources confirmed was from Manan.

Mullah Mansoor has said:
"The movement will continue until the Islamic system rules," Mansour said at an allegiance ceremony this week. "This rumor among the enemies that a peace process is going on, it is the enemies' propaganda." He further said "We have to continue our jihad, we shouldn't be suspicious of each other. We should accept each other. Whatever happens must comply with Sharia law, whether that be jihad, or talks, or an invitation to either. Our decisions all must be based on Sharia law," he said.

http://news.yahoo.com/afghan-taliban-leader-promises-continue-insurgency-100823162.html#

General Dostum had this to say:
"Let me tell you one thing that they [Taliban] cannot confront us," Dostum said, warning that "if they try to confront us, I will hit them wearing my suit and tie. I am telling Mullah Mansour that 'Jihad is not obligatory on you but it is obligatory on us; it is obligatory on the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan because you are coming from out of the country but our security forces inside the country are defending our territorial integrity, our national sovereignty and the elected government of national unity,"

[all the fighters hate General Dostum whose territory is Shibergan]

While some point to the differences in the ranks, all the turmoil going on now will ultimately draw them closer together. Even one of the Talibs who was not initially supportive of Mansoor refuted some of the media propaganda, including Mullah Zakir whose name is frequently mentioned as being in opposition to Mullah Mansoor's successorship.

"! I have heard that Mullah Muhammad Hassan Rahmani, Mullah Abdul Razzaq, Mullah Muhammad Rasul and other individuals have claimed in radios and some gatherings that Mullah Abdul Qayyum is in conflict with Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansur Sahib. These claims are absolutely baseless. I reassure you all that I will exert my complete efforts in working for the Islamic Emirate and hope from Allah that I will be one of the most obedient individuals from it." Mullah Abdul Qayyum Zakir

REMARKS: The Islamic State now has factions not just in Syria, and Iraq, but also in Libyra and Egypt. Afghan President Ashraf Ghani was in Germany for foot surgery but is expected to return shortly. If the US seeks to partner with others to destroy the Afghan talibs, they are virtually giving the country to Isis, and that would be a mistake that will lead us into World War III. The implications would be the same as if the Nazi's won that other war.

AFGHANISTAN update 8.6.15

As the transition in the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan [Afghan Taliban] continues, there is a report from Qatar of Sher Abbas Stanekzai, former Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and later Health Minister for the Taliban, and original Political Office founding member, TEMPORARILY assuming responsibilities of Syed Tayyab Agha.

http://dohainsight.com/story-z5967153

http://www.afghan-bios.info/index.php?option=com_afghanbios&id=2486&task=view&total=3180&start=2776&Itemid=2

http://www.un.org/sc/committees/1988/NSTI06701E.shtml

Who are those in the Political Office in Qatar?
http://caps.af/detail.asp?Lang=e&Cat=2&ContID=13846

How much does Tayyab's resignation mean? Quite a lot. Tayyab is from a religious family whose ancestry goes back to the Sayyeds. The Sayyeds lineage goes back to the Prophet of Islam, Mohammed, peace be upon him. His Father was a leading cleric who had many madrassas, whose students even included Mullah Omar. Tayyab's maternal grandfather is on the Shura and is one of the leading religious authorities in Afghanistan. His older brother was a prominent mujahideen commander who battled against the Soviets, was captured and was swapped for a Soviet prisoner that the Taliban had captured. The Soviet soldier the Taliban had captured converted to Islam while he was a prisoner, and did not even want to go back to Russia when the swap occurred. Tayyab's brother, Malang was killed in the summer of 1987 in Arghandab during 120mm Howitzer shelling by the Soviets.

To be a descendent of the lineage of a religious prophet is a great honor. Imagine those who have the legitimacy of descending from Noah or Moses. That is the magnitude of Tayyab's ancestry. Most of the Afghan Taliban have some relation with authentic Islamic history. They are NOT just people brainwashed in an overzealous madrassa which is how the western media has portrayed them. God honors his prophets and messengers, which is HOW the Taliban were able to survive amidst bunker buster bombs being dropped at Tora Bora etc. God has a purpose for every life that is created, if people went by his laws, there would be no need for wars, conquests, inequity. Those are the ideals the talibs fight for, their religion which was handed down thousands of years ago, their native homeland and it's borders, decency and dignity for mankind. True Islam is a peaceful way of life, as is true Christianity, or true Judaism. The US will never live as the talibs do, nor will the talibs live as those in the US do. Can't we allow them to live their lives according to their religious principles, when we are the defedenders of religious freedom?

RE: The current situation:

The entire Shura and the commanders etc. have to be part of the processs.
“It was needed that the leader of Islamic Emirate [the Taliban] had to be appointed in the presence of the courageous Mujahideen in their strongholds inside the country [Afghanistan]," Agha said in his statement. "The appointment of every leader that has taken place outside the country has brought very bad repercussions."

http://www.aljazeera.com/news/2015/07/taliban-leaders-dispute-appointment-mullah-mansoor-150731151533576.html

Once the funerals are done and there have been several over the past week, Commanders and others, meetings can be scheduled and discussions can take place. What happened was that upon learning of Mullah Omar’s death, it was necessary to have someone move into the position. There is still a war going on there. We still have drones firing missiles, Isis is trying to get a foothold in at least two provinces, it is never just another day in that country.

http://www.aljazeera.com/news/2015/08/taliban-leadership-syed-tayyeb-agha-150804023434229.html

REMARKS: This is a time of transition. Meetings will be held, and the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan will evolve. Failure is not an option or even a consideration.

Torture in China

http://www.nytimes.com/2015/08/11/world/asia/drawings-of-police-torturing-a-suspect-captivate-china.html?ref=world

Is there some universal torture school methodology curriculum that all countries send their people to, or are they just using the tactics the US used at Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo after they became newsworthy? Seriously who devised these tactics that are being used all over the world? We should ask and find out.

Nearly 60 legislators--22 Democrats and 36 Republicans-- from the US House of Representatives will travel to Israel this month. Here they are all nice and proper.

As to Afghanistan, and the transition of power among THE Taliban, since the death of Mullah Omar, they requested three days for grieving and some time to have more formal Shura meetings, The press complies. [well we tried to, but war hasn't complied, so we can't either]

AFGHANISTAN 8.11.15 update

I was going to wait but given the events from last Friday 8.7.15 and President Asnraf Ghani's decision to to go to Pakistan himself to demand they act to get rid of Taliban forces,

http://www.rferl.org/content/afghan-president-demands-that-pakistan-rein-in-taliban/27182316.html

In a rare public rebuke of Afghanistan's nuclear-armed neighbor, Ashraf Ghani in a televised address August 10 blamed Pakistan for supporting the insurgents in their 14-year war against Kabul and said he was sending a delegation to Islamabad later this week to demand an end to this.
"We know they have sanctuaries there, we know they are active there," Ghani said, referring to Taliban leaders living in tribal-governed regions of Pakistan. "We need all those activities to be stopped."

But in a sign that he is no longer giving top priority to peace talks, Ghani said: "We hoped for peace, but we are receiving messages of war from Pakistani territory.... We don't want Pakistan to bring the Taliban to peace talks, but to stop the Taliban's activities on their soil."

Lamenting the more than 50 Afghans killed in Taliban attacks in recent days, Ghani said: "We will make peace only with those who believe in the meaning of being a human, Muslim and Afghan, and who do not destroy their own country on orders from foreign masters."

Some are even saying that the UN should get involved, let's look at what is going on. While the world thinks that the death of Mullah Omar would cause some to stop and pause and reconcile to peace, Afghanistan is still embroiled in war. Some wonder if peace is possible, and they look only at some events to frame their point of view. THE Taliban have conducted recent bombings, which would seem to suggest they are not inclined to peace with the current govt. at this time.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/news/kabul-suicide-bombing/

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-33845326

WHY are they doing this?

Retaliation.

http://www.bakhtarnews.com.af/eng/security/item/18587-52-taliban-militants-killed.html
52 Taliban insurgents were killed following operations led by ANSA forces in nine provinces of the country. Ministry of Defense press office reported BNA, Afghan National Army launched the operations in relevant areas of Kunar, Farah, Zabul, Uruzgan, Ghazni, Maidan-Wardak, Paktika, Kabul and Laghman provinces, as a result 52 armed opposition were killed and 38 others were injured.

http://www.outlookafghanistan.net/national_detail.php?post_id=12798
General Dostum was reportedly fighting in Faryab province himself in military uniform.. A Wolesi Jirga member Dr. Naqibullah Faiq said that Dostum was seen in military uniform on a military tank in Almar district today. “Dostum took control of the command and started operation during mid last night and captured several areas from militants,” he said. Faiq said that Mirshadi area which was the center of militants where the rebels’ governor also resided was captured during an operation by Afghan forces led by Dostum he was also accompanied by his two sons Yar Mohammad and Batoor who had received military education.

On top of that there are ISIS fighters trying to get a foothold in traditional TALIBAN territories. THE Afghan Taliban had this to say.

"A horrific video was released yesterday showing kidnappers who associate themselves with Daesh (ISIS) brutally martyring several white bearded tribal elders and villagers with explosives in Mamand Dara area of Shinwaro district. This un-Islamic act where innocent civilians are martyred after being charged with apostasy merely for aiding the Islamic Emirate can never be justified. The Islamic Emirate strongly condemns this act. No law can ever allow prisoners to be mistreated in such a manner. This offense and other such brutal actions by a few irresponsible ignorant individuals under the guise of Islam and Muslims are intolerable. The Islamic Emirate orders it leaders in the area to find and punish the perpetrators of this heinous act in light of sublime Shariah Law. "

SO they are being attacked by Afghan National Army Forces, being attacked by General Dostum and his loyalists, being attacked by US/NATO forces (yes we still have some there), The Afghan President wants Pakistan to help using some of their forces, AND ISIS is attacking them too. ALL THESE CIRCUMSTANCES THAT IS WHY THEY ARE CONDUCTING ATTACKS.

RE: RE: Mullah Mansoor’s appointment as the new Emir of IEA, Mullah Abdul Hai Mutmain, a senior Taliban political advisor and former spokesman for Mullah Mohammad Omar has made it clear that the decision is not going to be reversed. –

See more at: http://www.outlookafghanistan.net/national_detail.php?post_id=12799#sthash.szTQgWjk.dpuf

WHAT ABOUT THE LOCAL PEOPLE WHAT DO THEY THINK ABOUT ALL THESE THINGS GOING ON?
Disgusted, disenfranchised, left behind, they are leaving.

http://www.tolonews.com/en/afghanistan/20856-afghans-queue-for-passports-to-flee-country

5,000-7,000 people come for passports each day to leave Afghanistan. There are no jobs. [all our efforts created no new jobs in the country?]

REMARKS: Those who want peace have to start by having at least a cease fire, you cannot talk peace while shooting missiles from drones, this is still going on, and having all the forces who are fighting against the Taliban shooting at them. The response to war activities is a war response. The only group winning is ISIS, they are in at least 3 territories and are essentially using the US, ANA, and all other troops to back up what they want to accomplish which is destroying the native born Afghan Taliban. If the US allows this to continue, thinking, well we can take out Isis later on, let them go kill those talibs, the outcome may be very different. They will not start with trying to take Pakistan from within it's borders, no they would be put down. So they start with Afghanistan, then they can attack Pakistan from there. If they take Afghanistan, what should they set their sights on next? Pakistan and India. Two nuclear armed countries.

My best advice is call a truce/cease fire against the Afghan talibs, negotiate, otherwise Afghan civil war will happen, there will be no natural resource sharing with the US and it's foreign investors, do you really think Isis will play nice with the US? Look at the big picture. As I said, if Afghanistan is taken over by Isis, when they take Pakistan, the Balochistan oil will be theirs as well as the nukes.

CEASE FIRE NOW!

Al Qaida proper, has declared it's loyalty and allegiance to the successor Amir of Afghanistan, Mullah Mansoor.

http://english.alarabiya.net/en/News/2015/08/13/Zawahiri-pledges-allegiance-to-new-Taliban-chief.html

So what does that mean for Al Qaida in Iraq (ISIS) led by Abu Bakr al Baghdadi? Old School Al Qaida is not in agreement with them.

ISIS AND THE SEX SLAVE BUSINESS

The issue of the Yazidis (polytheists) and the Islamic State keeps being mentioned due to the Islamic State regarding them as fit to be taken only as slaves.

http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/isis-enshrines-a-theology-of-rape/ar-BBlHDWR?

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/12/14/isis-sex-slaves_n_6319654.html

http://www.memrijttm.org/islamic-state-isis-releases-pamphlet-on-female-slaves.html#_edn1

http://www.the-american-interest.com/2015/07/31/the-islamic-states-christian-and-yizidi-sex-slaves/

There are an estimated 3,000-4,000 of these Yazidi females being held as slaves. The Quran does speak about slaves but it does say that people are not supposed to be taken prisoner during war until the land has been subdued, meaning that they have defeated their enemy and then the women can be taken as spoils of war. The kidnappings, and beheadings are not really what God had in mind.

During the time of the Prophet, he too faced the issues of the fighters having sex needs while in battle, and he decreed that they could not be away from home for more than three months, this was one of the reasons. At one point he allowed temporary marriages (mutah) among the men with women, but this got waaay out of hand, and was then dis-allowed and discontinued. [the Shiaas still allow it and it happens in Iran - it can be for any amount of time a few hours, days, months, whatever they decide on, the man brings the woman to a mullah, pays him a fee, and he pronounces a temporary marriage between them].

Isis point of view is that having the slaves to use for sexual release will prevent them from fornication or masturbation (which is forbidden in Islam). Many of the men cannot afford to get married (where they pay a dowry to a woman they want to marry) so having sex slaves gives them what they need physically.

"one such benefit: it saves men “who cannot afford marriage to a free woman [who] finds himself surrounded by temptation towards sin.” It explains that “the desertion of slavery had led to an increase in adultery/fornication because the sharia alternative to marriage is not available.”

http://www.the-american-interest.com/2015/07/31/the-islamic-states-christian-and-yizidi-sex-slaves/

There are those who extrapolate verses from the Quran to justify the sex slaves,

http://www.jihadwatch.org/2015/08/islamic-state-murders-19-girls-for-refusing-sex-with-jihadis-peddles-sex-slaves-like-barrels-of-petrol

While they fully admit they have sex slaves and have set up policies, procedures, mechanisms to operate it as part of their caliphate, they do still have marriage and a marriage bureau.

http://english.alarabiya.net/en/variety/2014/07/28/Marry-me-ISIS-fighters-open-marriage-bureau-.html

REMARKS: While most say slavery was abolished a long time ago, well not in certain parts of the world. Sex slaves are bought and sold every day, it's not just Isis doing this. If you go back thru history, even in Biblical times, people in the Bible had slaves, they called them maidservants, concubines. In modern times you have prostitutes which function more like free lance slaves where they sell themselves in short term transactions, instead of someone else doing it, (except of course in the case of thse who pimps sell). It is all about controlling, dominating human beings and using them in ways for which they were not intended.

I do not think the Prophet, peace be upon him, would take part in a sex slave operation, but in the cases of Isis, the only way to stop this is for the scholars to get involved and prove to them that this practice is not in accordance with Islam. So far NONE have done that or even tried. They [Isis]reportedly tie the women to the beds, pray, rape them, pray again and believe they have done a good thing. It's not like people in the porno world who know what they are doing is wrong, but do it anyway. Regarding some people as worthy and others as not is taking on the right of judgement, which God reserved for himself. Their point that Yazidis are polytheists is correct and well taken, there is only ONE God, so the Yazidis are wrong in their beliefs. I do not think that is enough to declare them as property/chattels, the war is not over, Syria has not been completely subdued into a caliphate nor has Iraq, therefore war booty cannot be taken until/unless that occurs, and the issue of slaves would have to be reviewed.

The other thing is why are there wealthy Middle Eastern and Gulf region people people buying slaves from Isis?

http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/world/islamic-state-leader-raped-american-hostage-us-finds/ar-BBlKvOT

http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2015/feb/10/kayla-mueller-letter-i-have-learned-that-even-in-prison-one-can-be-free

The US aid worker denied she was being mistreated, but she did have the note smuggled out of her captivity by a Yazidi slave, the fact that she had to have it smuggled out and the Yazidi slaves account of what was going on there seem to indicate the aid worker was abused.

LIBYA, SYRIA [ISIS], GUANTANAMO, AFGHANISTAN [covered in two parts]

LIBYA

When I looked at the photo in the article, what came to mind was how Hitler trounced thru Europe destroying anyone in his path who did not go along with his program. Libya was supposed to have been secured after we took out Qaddafi by arming proxy forces.

“A real massacre is taking place, and we call on the international community to intervene,” the Libyan ambassador to France, Chibani Abuhamoud, told AFP on Friday, adding that the clashes erupted after the ISIL assassinated Khalid bin Rajab Ferjani, a Muslim prayer leader, from the influential al-Ferjani tribe at the beginning of the week. The terrorists have since been “massacring people, even killing people in their homes,” he further said. They claimed full control of Sirte last June. "

http://www.presstv.ir/Detail/2015/08/15/424766/Syria-Daesh-US-chemicals-Hasakah-Iraq
They used mustard gas. Where did they get that from? From the Syrian arsenal? But Saddam is not out of business yet.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/08/21/syria-poison-gas-attack_n_3789642.html

GUANTANAMO

http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2015/aug/15/us-launches-secret-bid-to-stop-release-of-hunger-striking-guantanamo-detainee

The US blocks his petition for release because he is 74 pounds and will die soon, and they don't want anyone to know what is going on in that prison.

AFGHANISTAN

Afghan talibs say this attack was not by them where fifteen people were killed and 400 were wounded.

http://www.thefrontierpost.com/article/326610/taliban-rejects-involvement-in-kabul-truck-bombing-blames-foreign-forces/

"Taliban said preliminary reports from their investigations “indicates that this was a targeted air or missile attack in which a large bomb was deployed that created a huge crater in the ground.” The locals also witnessed sounds of aircraft and a power blackout prior to the attack which makes it seem as if this attack was preplanned, probably carried out by foreign forces to blemish the image of the new leader of Islamic Emirate or for some other malicious objective,” a statement posted online by Taliban said.

This comes as the Afghan Intelligence – National Directorate of Security (NDS) said Wednesday that specific elements within the Pakistani army was behind the deadly attacks in capital Kabul, apparently gesturing towards the country’s military intelligence – Inter Services Intelligence (ISI). NDS spokesman Haseeb Sediqi told reporters that the attacks were carried out by the elements of the Pakistani army with the help of their mercenaries from the Haqqani network."

Remarks: From earlier reports ISIS was formed out of people from the Iraqi Intelligence Services. We also hear some of the attacks in Afghanistan are being blamed on Pakistani intelligence. Is the world just one big stage with wars being run by multi national intelligence agencies at the helm?

TRANSITION IN AFGHANISTAN

As previously mentioned, Al Qaida pledged their oath of allegiance to the newly named successor Amir for the Afghan Taliban, Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansoor. Some thought that they would align with ISIS who was called Al Qaida in Iraq, but Ayman Al Zawahiri distanced himself from ISIS and refused to go along with them or their practices. He had given a renewed oath of allegiance to Mullah Omar, after Osama's death, re-affirming their loyalty. Osama had given the initial oath. His oath now to Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansoor reflects on the history of the relationships between the groups and their mutual aspirations for the future. The transcript has been released to the press.

"In the name of God, and praise be to God and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of God, his family, Companions and who so is close to him. As for what follows: to the Amir al-Mu’mineen: Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansour, may God protect him and support him with truth, and may he support truth with him. and give victory through him to His religion, Book and believing servants. As-salam alaykum wa rahmatullah wa barakatuhu. I hope you, your brothers, soldiers, and supporters are in the best state that God loves from the glory of this world and the excellence of the Hereafter, and that God directs you to what He loves and is pleased with, and protects you from every evil and harm in this world and the Hereafter.

After the news reached us with the greatest sadness and sorrow of our loss and the loss of the Muslim Ummah, the mujahideen, muhajireen and murabiteen of our Amir, the Amir al-Mu’mineen Mullah Muhammad Omar Mujahid- may God endow the wide blanket of mercy upon him, make us join him in the highest Heaven by His blessing and favour- not disgrace, as substitutes or assailants: we were consoled by the fact that he was established on truth as a mujahid, murabit, leader and amir for the mujahideen until he met his Lord. And we bear witness for him that when he spoke, he spoke truthfully, and when he made a promise, he fulfilled it, and he never compromised on his creed or religion, and he set an example of light in the history of Islam and the Muslims regarding truthfulness, goodness of entrusting oneself to God, and trust in what is with Him, and preferring the Hereafter over this world and God as one’s reliance. So he was the excellent Amir for the excellence of the Emirate. For he is the hero who never bowed or submitted to the nations of disbelief worldwide, and he confronted them with his pious soldiers aligned with God the Almighty and Exalted as his reliance, so God supported him and raised his strength.

[He was] that Amir who said: “The issue of Osama is no longer to be considered a personal matter, but rather it has become an issue of the glory of Islam.” So God placed for him love in the hearts of the muhajireen and the Muslims. [He was] that Amir who challenged the worship of mushrikeen idols, and emulated al-Khalil Ibrahim- peace be upon him- so he destroyed the idols [referring to Buddhas of Bamiyan etc.]. So he was established upon this path of truth until his fated death, for he was a man in an Ummah: may God endow the wide blanket of mercy upon him, and place him in Heaven. And if we are content with the judgment of God the Exalted, and submit to His might- glorified and exalted is He- let us ask Him to establish us on the path of truth and righteousness, and His religion, the Sunnah of His Prophet (SAWS), and on the path of jihad with success from Him and favour. So in continuation of the path of Jihad and striving to gather the word of the mujahideen, and emulating our martyred just leaders (may God have mercy on them), our Amir the lion of Islam, Osama bin Laden and our brothers Abu Mus’ab al-Zarqawi, Abu Hamza al-Muhajir, Mustafa Abu al-Yazid, Abu al-Layth, Atiya Allah and Abu Yahya the Libyans and the rest of the honest sheikhs of Jihad as we reckon them and do not elevate them over God:

indeed I, in my characterization as Amir for the Qa’idat al-Jihad group- present to you our allegiance to you, renewing the path of Sheikh Osama and his pious martyred brothers in their allegiance to the Amir al-Mu’mineen Mullah Muhammad Omar Mujahid (may God have mercy on all of them).

So we pledge allegiance to you on the book of God, the Sunna of His Messenger (SAWS) and the Sunna of the rightly-guided Caliphs (may God be pleased with them). And we pledge allegiance to you on the establishment of the Shari’a until the land of the Muslims prevails, ruling not ruled, leading not led, and no jurisdiction prevails over it, and no religious authority is in conflict with it.

And we pledge allegiance to you on the disavowal of every rule, system, placement, treaty, agreement or covenant that contravenes the Shari’a, whether a system within the land of the Muslims, or outside it among the systems, committees or organizations that contravene its Shari’a methodologies like the United Nations and others besides it.

And we pledge allegiance to you on jihad to liberate every span of land of the Muslims that has been usurped and violated, from Kashgur to Andalusia, and from the Caucasus to Somalia and Central Africa, and from Kashmir to al-Quds [Jerusalem], and from the Philippines to Kabul and from Bakhara to Samarkand.

And we pledge allegiance to you on jihad against the rulers who have replaced the prescriptions of the religion, who have gained authority over the land of the Muslims, for they have obstructed the rulings of Shari’a, and have imposed on the Muslims the rulings of the disbelievers, and have spread corruption and debasement, and have imposed on the Muslims systems of apostasy and ‘amala that despise the Shari’a and make supreme the creeds and philosophies of the disbelievers, handing over the land of the Muslims and their wealth to their enemies.

And we pledge allegiance to you on supporting the oppressed believers wherever they are.

And we pledge allegiance to you on commanding what is right and forbidding what is right as far as we can, and we pledge allegiance to you on defending the Islamic Emirate that has led us in the Book of God and Sunna of His Messenger (SAWS).

And we pledge allegiance to you on establishing the Islamic Caliphate that arises on the choice and preference of the Muslims, with the spreading of justice and consultation, realizing security, removing injustice and restoring rights, while raising the banner of jihad.

We pledge allegiance to you on all that, ‘ala sami wa ta’a fi al-ma’aruf fi munsh*t wa mukrih wa asr wa yasr [a classic formulation of the allegiance pledge]- as far as we can.

So we ask God to support us on the goodness of sacrifice, and you on undertaking burdens. Our lord, the Amir al-Mu’mineen: Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansour- may God protect and care for him. God- Almighty and Exalted is He- has ennobled you and our Amir, Amir al-Mu’mineen Mullah Muhammad Omar- may God have mercy on him- and the Islamic Emirate with the establishment of the first Shari’a legitimate Emirate after the fall of the Ottoman Caliphate. And there has been no other Shari’a legitimate emirate in this world besides it, for it has undertaken jihad to command what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish the Shari’a. And the mujahideen and muhajireen perceived from it truth and purity, so they pledged allegiance to it, as did the reformer Imam Osama bin Laden (may God have mercy on him), and he called on the Muslims to pledge allegiance to it. And he announced that his allegiance is a bay’a udhma [‘greater pledge’, as opposed to a lesser one: similar to the Islamic State’s demand for allegiance], and all who pledged allegiance to Osama bin Laden- may God have mercy on him- and Qa’idat al-Jihad group entered into this allegiance.

Then God the Exalted ennobled you to stand in the face of the Crusader campaign, and ennobled you to protect your muhajireen brothers and defend them, sacrificing dominion, rule, wealth and self for the sake of protecting them.

So continue on that and may God support you and give you victory. And we are your soldiers, supporters and one of your battalions. And God the Great has spoken the truth: “And whoever fears God, He will make a way out for him, and will provide for him where he does not expect. And whoever relies on God- that is sufficient for him.” [Qur’an 62:2-3].

COMMENTARY:

Dr. Zawahiri’s bayat (oath of allegiance) reflects the passion the surviving Al Qaida fighters, scholars, elders feel about their path (past, present and future). They desire the world they live in to be ruled by Islamic Law. The Taliban, Afghan, Pakistani also want that. Isis also says they too want the same thing. There are factional and ideological differences in beliefs among many of the groups, Gilbuddin Hekmatyar and his Hizb I Islami group aligns with Isis, in opposition to the Afghan Talibs. The Pakistani Taliban recently gave their oath to Isis. Isis has made incursions into Afganistan and has training camps in at least 3 provinces. The present day war is not just one group versus the secular governments of the countries they are in.

The US cannot maintain it’s current foreign policies without dragging the United States into a larger war that has potentially catastrophic consequences. The money from the foreign trade deals are not worth it. The wars in Syria and Iraq are not going to be won and settled anytime soon. The battles go all the way back to even before Jesus’s time. The lands being fought in are the same ones from those times.

It is IMPERATIVE people learn about the history of what went on, because it has been said there are no new souls on this earth. Everyone who is here now, has been here before and will continue to reincarnate until there is no more earth. The holy warriors fight to reclaim lands that date back a long time.

Babylon from Biblical times is the area we call Iraq today.

Galatia is Turkey.

Cappodicia is Central Turkey.

Dalmatia is Croatia

Macedonia is the Yugoslavia which is now called Skopje

The Aramean desert is now called the Arabian desert of Saudi Arabia. Galatia is Turkey
Antioch was in Syria.

Sidon is in Lebanon [25 miles south of Beirut]; Sidon was one of Noah’s grandsons.
Tyre is in Lebanon

http://amazingbibletimeline.com/blog/sidon/
http://www.studylight.org/dictionaries/hbd/view.cgi?n=5886

Both Sidon and Tyre fell into Baal worship.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sidon

Philistines – were a non semitic people who were at war with the Israelites, settling on the southwest coast of Palestine. They were there 11 & 12 BC. The deities worshipped in the area were Baal, Astarte, and Dagon, whose names or variations thereof appear in the Canaanite pantheon as well.

Near the Valley of Elah, David defeats Goliath in single combat (1 Samuel 17)

The Philistines were from Crete [Agean Sea]. A key to their dominance lay in their more advanced material culture. While the Israelites and Canaanites of the highlands still practiced Bronze Age skills, the Philistines had advanced to an Iron Age culture, making them nearly invincible on the battlefield.

Saul could muster only two swords among six hundred men (see verse 15)! Evidently, most of his soldiers fought with axes, mattocks, ox goads, sickles, or sharpened sticks. Recall that Samson never used a normal weapon either, resorting to the jawbone of a donkey or his bare hands. The Philistine army, however, was fully outfitted with the advanced weaponry of the day: So the Lord was with Judah. And they drove out the inhabitants of the mountains, but they could not drive out the inhabitants of the lowland [the Philistines and Canaanites there], because they had chariots of iron. (Judges 1:19)

[Goliath] had a bronze helmet on his head, and he was armed with a coat of mail. . . . And he had bronze greaves on his legs and a bronze javelin was between his shoulders. Now the staff of his spear was like a weaver's beam, and his iron spearhead weighed six hundred shekels; and a shield-bearer went before him. (I Samuel 17:5-7)

Later, the account mentions that Goliath also carried a sword (verse 51). David, of course, having refused Saul's armor and sword because he was untrained in them, carried only "his staff in his hand; . . . five smooth stones from the brook, and . . . his sling" (verse 40). David's severe disadvantage in arms was typical for an Israelite before the might of the Philistines.

http://www.cgg.org/index.cfm/fuseaction/Library.sr/CT/PW/k/1183/Who-Were-Philistines.htm

The soldiers were quite tall and clean shaven. They wore breastplates and short kilts, and their superior weapons included chariots drawn by two horses. They carried small shields and fought with straight swords and spears.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philistines

They are mentioned in Egyptian records as prst, one of the Sea Peoples that invaded Egypt in about 1190 BC after ravaging Anatolia, Cyprus, and Syria. After being repulsed by the Egyptians, they occupied the coastal plain of Palestine from Joppa (modern Tel Aviv–Yafo) southward to the Gaza Strip. The area contained the five cities (the Pentapolis) of the Philistine confederacy (Gaza, Ashkelon [Ascalon], Ashdod, Gath, and Ekron) and was known as Philistia, or the Land of the Philistines. It was from this designation that the whole of the country was later called Palestine by the Greeks.

The Philistines expanded into neighbouring areas and soon came into conflict with the Israelites, a struggle represented by the Samson saga (Judges 13–16) in the Old Testament. With their superior arms and military organization the Philistines were able (c. 1050) to occupy part of the Judaean hill country. They were finally defeated by the Israelite king David (10th century), and thereafter their history was that of individual cities rather than of a people. After the division of Judah and Israel (10th century), the Philistines regained their independence and often engaged in border battles with those kingdoms.

By the early part of the 7th century, Gaza, Ashkelon, Ekron, Ashdod, and probably Gath were vassals of the Assyrian rulers; but during the second half of that century the cities became Egyptian vassals. With the conquests of the Babylonian king Nebuchadrezzar II (605–562) in Syria and Palestine, the Philistine cities became part of the Neo-Babylonian empire. In later times they came under the control of Persia, Greece, and Rome.

http://www.britannica.com/topic/Philistine-people

The Philistines were infamous for their production and consumption of alcoholic beverages, especially beer. Ancient Philistine ruins contain numerous breweries and wineries, as well as countless beer mugs and other drinking vessels. Samson’s wedding feast, recorded in the book of Judges, illustrates the Philistine practice of holding week-long drinking parties; the Hebrew word misteh, translated “feast” in Judges 14:10, means “drinking feast.”

The Israelites frequently referred to the Philistines as “uncircumcised” (Judges 15:18; 1 Samuel 14:6; 2 Samuel 1:20), meaning, at that time, those who had no relationship with God. They were not God’s chosen people and were to be strictly avoided as a contaminating evil.

http://www.gotquestions.org/Philistines.html

The modern-day “Palestinians” represent a mixture of local inhabitants and many other groups of Muslims brought from Bosnia, the Balkans, and the Caucasus by the Turks in the 16th to 19th centuries; and from the Sudan, Egypt, Syria, and Lebanon by the British in the 20th century.
The term Palestinian did not take on its current popular meaning until the mid-20th century. In common use today, the term Palestinian is primarily applied to non-Jewish, Arabic-speaking residents of this region.

This usage is highly controversial, however, since for most of human history a “Palestinian” was simply a person born or living in that land. When used in reference only to non-Jews, it implies an historical claim to the territory in opposition to Israel. In reality, the concept of Palestine as a nation-state in opposition to Israel or as a racial group predating the presence of Jewish inhabitants is historically false.

Recent genetic studies have confirmed that the ancestries of Jewish and Arabic inhabitants of Palestine are extremely similar. Geneticists have concluded that the people living in these regions share a common ancestry,

"This directly contradicts the claim that certain inhabitants, particularly Jewish inhabitants of Israel, have no ancestral claim to the land. At the same time, there is no evidence suggesting that modern Palestinians are direct descendants of either the Canaanites or the Philistines of the Old Testament. [since the Philistines were a false idol worshipping group they should not have claim to any lands]. Many Arabs are descendants of Ishmael; but, since the land of Canaan was promised to the sons of Jacob, Arabs have no biblical claim to the land of Palestine. [note: Biblical Claim is mentioned, there are those who say certain things in the Bible were changed]. "

[note; all the peoples of the original 12 tribes migrated to other lands, so you will have some modern day Arabs who are entitled to an inheritance of original lands guaranteed to some modern day Israel peoples too]

"Modern Day Arabs will say they descended from Ishmael, who God did mention in the Bible that he would make them into a great nation of 13 peoples. There was a group desended from Ishmael who were the Midianites. Although not all Midianites were descendants of Ishmael), and they engaged in the buying and selling of slaves (Genesis 37:28; 39:1). Judges 8:24 tells us that the Ishmaelites were fond of gold, and gold earrings were part of their plunder."

"During the reign of King David, the Ishmaelites joined a confederacy against God and against His people, Israel (Psalm 83:5–6). Their goal was to “destroy them as a nation, / so that Israel’s name is remembered no more” (verse 4).

http://www.gotquestions.org/Ishmaelites.html

Dr. Zawahiri's remarks about wanting to restore the lands that original believing Arabs were ousted from is why you need to know about history. Abu Bakr al Baghdady wants to reclaim lands he believes were their lands (he is a native Iraqi, or Mesoptamian). Everyone else who is currently or will fight in the future to restore their lands is why you need to know. The Bible itself tells you in I Corintinans 15:21-24 "a man will destroy all dominion, authority and power on earth then he hands it back to God". That man will be the anti-Christ, dajjal in Arabic.

You better know your history and the truth before the anti-Christ comes, because there will be many groups fighting as holy warriors, and you need to know who knows the truth or you will be deceived and the consequences for a wrong decision will be eternal.

Learning history is a big task. Use this guidance as guidance in your discernment about people.

Galatians 5:14
The acts of the sinful nature are obvious, sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selifh ambition, dissensions, factions, envy, drunkenness, rogies, I warn you as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

5:22 The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self control. Against such things there is no law.

When someone wants to force you and tells you either do it their way or die, they are not one of God's people. Even Muslims, the Quran tells you

"there is no compulsion in the matter of faith. Distinct is the way of guidance now from error. He who turns away from the forces of evil and believes in God, will surely hold fast to a handle that is strong and unbreakable, for God hears and knows everything" - Al Baqarah (The Cow) 2:256

Convert of get beheaded is NOT from God.

After recommending everyone do some research to learn about history I did some research myself and am greatly distressed at the conclusions I have come to.

Firstly, if you contemplate that there are no new souls here on the earth or being born, it means everyone here now or who is to come has been here before. Who are some of the notorious people that have been here before, who are they now in this lifetime?

And, if they just keep coming back, who will they be?

Who is Hitler in his new incarnation?

The religious scholars and fighters so prevalent since 2000, who were they before this lifetime, and who will they be when they come back?

Next I did some investigations into the battleground lands n religious history, it's the same places that were fought in in the year 1000 and before. Islamic Shariah goes back to the 7th thru 13 centuries. That's where it began and was formulated. Before that there were other forms of Shariah, Shariat Musa was the religious law of Moses (Judaism), Shariat al Masih was the religious law of Jesus/Christianity. Shariah is not just a Muslim form of governance.

I began looking into the dynasties and Caliphs, and one group of people the Kharajites/Khawrij stood out as having qualities that the Islamic State has. The first came out in the 7th century, and in the area of Iraq. What also got me was what one of the Islamic State fighters said to one of the Yazidi girls, his slave, that raping her was "ibadah". There is an ibadiah sect of the Kharajites even today.

I am not the only one to think of the comparison of the Islamic State to the Kharajites. Jabhat al Nusra also thinks so.

http://www.usnews.com/news/articles/2015/01/09/who-are-the-kharijites-and-what-do-they-have-to-do-with-isis

Jabhat al-Nusra’s spiritual leader, Sami al-Aridi, said, “The swords that God ordered us to use are many. One of these swords is the one pointed at Kharijites. This group [IS] has provided solid proof that it is Kharijite. Thus, killing them is a religious duty and there is no doubt about it. Whoever underestimates killing them, is underestimating the blood of Sunnis.”

There's more, during the time of the Prophet of Islam, peace be upon him, he warned people about a group of people who would come specifying some of the things that the Islamic state do, and he even gestured where the people would come from, indicating Iraq.

This is the exact methodology of the Khawaarij. It includes three things:

1. Making Takfir of other Muslims. [takfir means disbeliever, not believing in the correct form of Islam or not believing at all, or believing in something else).

2. Renouncing obedience to the leader or government.

3. Declaring the blood of other Muslims lawful to spill.
http://www.salafitalk.net/st/viewmessages.cfm?Forum=31&Topic=10964

There are many who will call other groups Kharijites. IF the Islamic State is a group of modern day Kharijites/Khawaarij it would explain why they go to Afghanistan and slaughter village elders of the Afghan talibs, and any and everyone else. If they are modern day Kharijites, the world needs to be very afraid, because they will destroy anything/anyone in the way who does not join them.

No new souls on this earth, just people from past history. There's more.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Al-Khatib_al-Baghdadi
Same name, is it just coincidence?

In Afghanistan, we have a new Amir, his name is Mullah Mansur. In Islamic history there was another important person. Same surname.

"Al-Mansur was born at the home of the 'Abbasid family after their emigration from the Hejaz in 95 AH (714 CE). "His father, Muhammad, was reputedly a great-grandson of Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib, the youngest uncle of Mohammad; (the prophet of Islam Muhammad). In 754 he defeated Abdallah ibn Ali's bid for the Caliphate, and in 755 he arranged the assassination of Abu Muslim. Abu Muslim was a loyal freed man from the eastern Iranian province of Khorasan who had led the Abbasid forces to victory over the Umayyads during the Third Fitna in 749–750.

The Masud lineage (Pakistan) goes back to the Prophet also. Ali and Abdullah, son of Masud formed much of the base of the school, as well as other personalities from the direct relatives (or Ahli-ll-Bayt) of Mohammad (the prophet of Islam) from whom Abu Hanifa had studied.

Abu Hanifa created one of the schools of belief and jurisprudence that is followed by modern day Taliban in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Around 746, Abu Muslim assumed leadership of the Hashimiyya in Khurasan. In 747, he successfully initiated an open revolt against Umayyad rule, which was carried out under the sign of the black flag. He soon established control of Khurasan, expelling its Umayyad governor, Nasr ibn Sayyar, and dispatched an army westwards. Kufa fell to the Hashimiyya in 749, the last Umayyad stronghold in Iraq, Wasit, was placed under siege, and in November of the same year Abu al-Abbas was recognized as the new caliph in the mosque at Kufa.

[the black flags of Khorasan, al Qaida's fighters fight today to re-establish their caliphate].

REMARKS: Those who died long ago, have come back decade, after decade, century after century, to finish what they started, to right what they consider was wronged. It is in the same lands, the lineages of the people are the same, going back to the time of the Prophet and even before that. We ARE in a holy war. We dropped 500 lb bunker buster bombs on Tora Bora, Osama and around one hundred fighters were in the trenches, and survived. There are celestial forces involved in what is going on here. If you believe we killed Osama in Abbottabad, he will be back, in another body and he will fight again as will all the others. He could have already been born again.

This fight that goes on, decade after decade, century after century, happens with God's permission. He is the one who allows people to be born or not and to die or not. The body dies, the soul either stays in heaven or comes back. Our future depends on if we learn from the past or keep repeating it with new weapons.

As if all that isn't enough,

"North Korea says it will attack the United States if Washington does not cancel the multinational military exercises which are slated to begin on Monday." [yes Monday TOMORROW]
The yearly exercises, called Ulchi Freedom Guardian, will be carried out by the US, South Korea and other allies to enhance “readiness, protect the region and maintain stability on the Korean peninsula," read a statement from the Korea-US Combined Forces Command.

North Korea will “retaliate against the US with tremendous muscle” if the US does not cancel the war games, he said. In addition, other US allies, including Australia, Britain, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, France and New Zealand will participate in the drills.

Remarks: Will it be the start of WWIII?

Is this what the Jade Helm military exercises on US soil are really about? Preparing for mass devastation and war that will happen?

http://www.presstv.com/Detail/2015/08/16/424925/US-North-Korea-South-Korea-Ulchi-Freedom-Guardian

UPDATE TUESDAY

http://presstv.com/Detail/2015/08/16/424925/US-North-Korea-South-Korea-Ulchi-Freedom-Guardian

North Korea will “retaliate against the US with tremendous muscle” if the US does not cancel the war games, he said. Also, North Korean state television KCNA said Saturday that Washington has to stop the exercises “immediately” if the “United States wants its mainland to be safe.”

http://www.rt.com/news/312570-north-korea-threats-usa/
N. Korea demands halt to South-US military drills, threatens with 'unimaginable holocaust' State television in North Korea has been trying to present a message to the people that the country’s military is in a better position now to counter the perceived threat that is posed by the US and its allies.

Media reports from Pyongyang even claimed that North Korea was ready to attack Washington on US soil. "If [the] United States wants their mainland to be safe," said a newswoman for the state TV station, KCNA, "then the Ulchi Freedom Guardian should stop immediately."

REMARKS: There was clarification from the Koreans after their first threat over the weekend, that they would attack the US "mainland".

There is also woman, a prophetess who has received many horrific visions about things that will happen in the US. Last year she received one that North Korea would fire short range missiles at Fukushima, and the impact would cause a tidal wave/tsunami that would come across the ocean and hit the west coast of the US. There are no dates with prophecies.

People on the west coast should already have a "go" bag ready in case they have to evacuate on short notice because they live in an earthquake zone. The same way we do here being in hurricane country. The "go" bag should have things you need for your eyes, ears, nose, mouth, skin. Cash, clothes, first aid supplies, food, water, flashlight and portable radio with extra batteries, portable power for your tech devices.

Just giving the heads up. Don't wait for help, BE your own help.

IRAN/IRAQ/LIBYA/YEMEN/DIJIBOUTI

IRAN

Part of why Iran does not want to negotiate the deal with the US is that they believe we want to make incursions into their country (possibly to take their natural resources of for other reasons). They believe we are allowing or helping the Islamic State in order to destabilize the Middle East. Congress votes on the deal September 17th.

http://presstv.com/Detail/2015/08/18/425289/Iran-Iraq-Shamkhani-Hakim-Daesh-US
A senior Iranian security official says the US has no intention to annihilate the terrorist Daesh, noting that Washington is using the Takfiri group to legitimize its long-term presence in the Middle East and in Muslim nations.

http://tehrantimes.com/index_View.asp?code=248763
According to the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said on Monday , “The Americans seek to use the deal, which it is not clear if it will be passed or rejected in Iran or in America, to infiltrate into Iran,” Khamenei said in a meeting with members of the Islamic Radio and Television Union (IRTVU) and the AhlulBayt World Assembly in the capital Tehran. “But we have definitely blocked this path and with all our power, we won’t allow the Americans to make economic, political or cultural inroads [into the country] or have a political presence in Iran,” Khamenei said. The Leader said what is happening today in Iraq, Syria, Yemen and other regions is not a “religious war’ but a political war.

Comment: Could there be truth to this, that it is really political? There is oil and natural gas in Iran. Next to Saudi, Iran has the most oil.

Iran and Iraq to start joint venture in Azadegan oil field (in Iran). Located 100 kilometers west of Ahvaz city, south of Iran, the oil field's reserves stand at 33 billion barrels. The development project of the field is expected to produce 150,000b/d of crude oil once fully operational.

A small French company, in cooperation with its Iranian partners, has offered the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) on buying the APG of FZ-A platform in Forouzan oil field and convert it into LNG," Bijan Namdar Zanganeh said in a televised program on Sunday night. Forouzan oil field was discovered in 1970 with 2.3 billion barrels of reserves in place. "In case the NIOC accepts the French proposal, 25 percent of the total APG in Iranian Southern oil fields will be managed,' the minister said. It is the biggest joint oil field with Saudi Arabia and is called Marjan by Saudis.

TEHRAN (FNA)- Zeifollah al-Shami, a senior Ansarullah leader, disclosed that the Yemeni revolutionary forces have defused Saudi Arabia's plan for capturing Sana'a. "The Riyadh government had plotted for the fall of Sana'a, but Ansarullah movement with maximum vigilance foiled it," the Arabic-language Beirut-based Al-Akhbar newspaper quoted Shami as saying on Tuesday. In similar development, Ali Rasheed al-Zaidi, another senior Ansarullah leader, said last month that the Saudi had planned to kill a number of Yemeni army commanders to destabilize the country and push it into chaos in a bid to pave the way for the takeover of Sana'a and a subsequent military coup by the pro-Hadi militias. The Saudi-led aggression has so far killed at least 5,419 Yemenis, including hundreds of women and children.

The tiny African state of Djibouti has reportedly ordered the US to vacate its secondary Obock military base in the nation in a bid to turn over the installation to the Chinese military and its contingent of 10,000 troops, raising major concerns in Washington, which holds the largest military base in Djibouti, Camp Lemonnier.

REMARKS: If ALL countries agreed to stop getting involved in the affairs of other countries to the point of sending planes, bombs, troops, drones, and respected the sovereign borders of these other countries, limiting their involvement to bi lateral trade agreements, there could be peace in the world. Why don't we all try that, since everything else is just leads to prolonged war.

NORTH KOREA/ US JOINT WAR GAMES

The military has not backed down with it’s war games despite North Korean opposition.
The annual computer simulation drill is scheduled to run through Aug. 28, with about 50,000 South Korean and 30,000 U.S. troops taking part, according to South Korea's Ministry of National Defense. An unknown number of North Korean troops crossed into South Korean territory between July 24 and Aug. 3 and planted the mines. One soldier lost both legs, and another lost a foot.

http://www.military.com/daily-news/2015/08/17/us-south-korea-ignore-north-korea-protests-launch-war-games.html

REMARKS: This is not the first time we have participated in these war games (practice). We did them last year and many other years as well. We actually had more troops there last year. Any nation that sees 80,000 troops off it's border, practicing for war would be angry and concerned. Basically we are affirming that we would be prepared to participate in war over there, even though it could bring us into a nuclear war here. While it is true that North Korea probably does not have really long range missiles, other countries such as China, Russia and Iran do. WHY are we placing ourselves in danger? The situation between North and South Korea has been one of a standoff. So what is it that we think we need to practice for that we might need to intervene in?

Is this idea that we have to protect every other country in the world idea at the expense of US lives here, sound foreign policy? Why are we potentially placing ourselves and the lives of the people in this country in harms way? If the other countries want democracy, let them fight for it, as we did when we broke away from England. We cannot be the world's policemen.

Read Ezekiel Chapter 38, written thousands of years ago, the next war will be China, Russia against the US. Dijibouti already kicked the US out of it's country, giving the base to China. IF Saudi Arabia falls, it will be the Chinese who are geographically poised to go there and manage their oil.

The war mongering is the desire of the one world order, which will put into place the one world govt., one world army, one world leader. The signs are already there. They want to move the United Nations to Jerusalem and have them as the world's authoritative legislative body. That's why they give them authority to pass resolutions that are enforced in the world community. It will eliminate all sovereignty and borders of countries. BAD IDEA.

AFGHANISTAN MEDIA
KABUL (Pajhwok): After Afghan Journalists Safety Committee (AJSC) recorded 39 cases of threats and violence against journalists during the first half of 2015, EU Special Representative Ambassador Franz Michael Mellbin said that one attack on a journalist is an attack on Freedom of Expression in Afghanistan. Of the total 39 cases, 28 cases of threat and violence against journalists were caused by government officials making the government responsible for 72% of the cases of threat and violence against journalists.

COMMENTS: Journalists everywhere are tired of being threatened, assaulted, and in many cases killed just for reporting on what is going on in countries where war or regime changes are going on. Since Egypt is concerned about the incorrect reports coming from the west, here are news sources over there. Hope it helps.

REFUGEES:

Some 3,241 migrants, including almost 700 children, arrived in Hungary on Wednesday. Most of the migrants had begun their grueling journey in Syria, Afghanistan or Pakistan. The cross-border train tracks at Roszke are one of the only areas still unblocked by Hungary’s new razor-wire barrier, which is due to close the entire 175-kilometre (110-mile) frontier with Serbia by the end of the month.

The United States expects to accept between 5,000 and 8,000 Syrian refugees in 2016, officials said Monday. State Department spokesman John Kirby also said 15,000 Syrian refugees have been referred to the U.S. for resettlement by the U.N. refugee agency. In December, Washington had said it had received 9,000 referrals from the U.N. It had also previously said it would admit between 1,000 to 2,000 Syrian refugees in fiscal year 2015, and increase that number by a few thousand in fiscal year 2016.

COMMENTS: It is my opinion we should not be accepting refugees from Syria or the Middle East, or those coming across our Mexican border from Central America. The countries neighboring Syria should help with those refugees and Mexico should deal more effectively with those coming thru their border to the US. We could close our borders, get our troops out of foreign lands, respect the national borders of other countries, request that they do the same with ours. We could participate in honest, forthright trade negotiations to help raise the standards of living in the countries where we are currently trying to promote democracy, let them rule themselves and limit our involvement to trade negotiations only. Stop sanctioniong and being world policemen. Let other nations create their own destinies as we did when we came to this country.

AFGHANISTAN

Afghanistan's former president Sebghatullah Mojaddedi on Thursday announced the establishment of a new political party – the Council of Jihadi – which aims to put pressure on the National Unity Government to bring about reform.

http://www.tolonews.com/en/afghanistan/21111-council-of-jihadi-party-launched-in-kabul

RE: Successorship of the new Amir of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan [THE Taliban]
Amidst all the news and questions about splits in the ranks, of some not supporting the newly appointed Amir, Mullah Mansoor, this is what THEY had to say.

"Some individuals after this announcement raised their voices in opposition to this decision and after a secret meeting they announced their opposition on the western media. They said:

1. The selection has been done in haste
2. Secondly their opinion has not been sought after in this selection
3. Thirdly, the majority was not present at the time of selection

In short, their demands clarify that they seek to hold a meeting again for the selection of the new Ameer. Let us discuss briefly as to what extent their objections are valid and how much of a solution is possible for them.

• Concerning the first objection i-e the selection was done in haste, the respectable and esteemed Ulama say that it should have been done even more quickly since this is a very important matter in Islam. When an Ameer is demoted or passes away then the second Ameer should be selected as quickly as possible because the absence of Ameer affects the administrative affairs of the Muslims as well as their Jihadi endeavors. This was precisely the reason why the Sahaba R.A. rushed towards choosing a new Ameer even before the burial of RasoolAllah S.A.W.

• Now, with regards to their second objection i.e. that their opinion was not sought after in this decision. According to my information, utmost effort was made that every member of the Leadership Council, the Ulama and the People of Intellect should be invited and this was accomplished to a great extent. Only a minority who were too far or those who’s circumstances hindered their way were unable to participate.

• The third objection was that the majority were not present during the selection process. In my opinion the situation was totally the opposite. If we count every person from both sides then certainly the number of people present in the meeting would become a long list while those who were not present would not even go up to a dozen. Especially those who are not the part of Shura would almost be none in the latter.

“The governors of 34 provinces, their 34 deputies, their military and national commanders for 34 provinces, 350 district leaders, dozens of battlefield commanders and several Mujahideen commanders, many national and jihadi leaders, the students of universities and colleges, thousands of students of Madrasahs and different movements and common folk declared their support and bayah to the new Ameer. All these people are people of influence and authority and each one of them is representing several rather thousands of people. No one has forced them to give their bayah but instead they have made their pledges independently with their freewill. “

Abdul Hai Mutmaeen, a Mansoor spokesman, says “95 percent” of members of the leadership council of the Taliban chose Mansoor to succeed Omar. Mutmaeen, who also served as a spokesman for Omar when the Taliban was in power in Afghanistan, told VOA that the late leader never wanted his family to play a role in the movement.

Yes there is the anniversary of 9.11.01. Those who were involved have gotten away with it. NOTHING CAN BE DONE because those who did it have more power than everyone else, it is that simple. I don't like it either, but that is the way that it is.

I want to call your attention to present day. Rabbi Jonathan Cahn wrote the book, The Harbinger describing in historic detail about how the Jewish calendar works with financial systems. If you have not read it, get the book.

9.13.15 ends one of the Shemitah cycles.

9.15.15 The United Nations General Assembly meets in New York City, and the Pope will be there and speak.

9.24.15 The Pope will speak to Congress.

9.25.15 - 9.27.15 There is a meeting at the United Nations with the topic of "Sustainable Summit for Global Governance".
[global as in one world, one person governing the world, one world order].

Other things raising eyebrows and red flags among some people, the Federal Reserve Bank is moving out of New York City and moving to Chicago. There has been covert concern that some sort of natural disaster may happen in New York City. The Fed has their meetings on:
9.16.15
9.17.15

[the IMf on October 20 will announce they are adding the Chinese Yuan to the Special Drawing Rights basket of world reserve currencies - alternatives to the dollar - but it does NOT mean the dollar is no more or is taken down as the world's reserve currency it would be at least a year before that COULD happen].

Norad is moving back to Cheyenne Mountain and spending 700 Million dollars to do so. Some say they are concerned about an EMP event (electromagnetic pulse) can be from solar flares, space junk or other another country attacking the US with those weapons and taking down the electrical grid (power grid). That would mean 140 million people in most the country will be in the dark, stone age like times for many years.

http://www.infowars.com/eerie-statistics-predict-coming-shemitah-market-collapse-only-8-trading-days-until-wipe-out-day/

We do not know what will happen on the anniversary of 9.11.01 or shortly thereafter, but changes are coming, or the UN would not be having a meeting about global governance. Here is something that is interesting. Lots of dates given but more news about 9.23.15 which no one else has brought up.

9.23.15 The 70th Jubilee of Israel (anniversary of 3,500 years ago of the Exodus of people from Egypt)

Yom Kippur - day of atonement

Eid al Adha - festival of sacrifice in Islam

The Pope is at the White House for a meeting.

CERN in Switzerland is cranked up, the last time it was the tsunami happened at Fukushima.
Also estimated to be around the time of Jesus actual birth. (from the info. in the Bible in several places including when John the Baptist was conceived, when Mary returned home, keeping watch over the flocks at night - flocks are not out in the rainy season, over there the rainy season is December - it says so in Ezra etc. etc.)

RE: 9.11.01

Remember David Sanger from the New York Times who said "We have not found any evidence so far to suggest that the building collapses were caused by anything other than the two airplanes", well the architects, engineers, pilots and others for truth have responded on this anniversary their remarks are:

"CLEARLY YOU HAVEN'T BEEN LOOKING"

Near Free Fall Descent (10 seconds for the bldgs. to come down).

Symmetry

Total pulverization of concrete

Explosive hurtling of steel

Demolition Squibs

Molten Metal (jet fuel does not burn hot enough to melt steel, not even close)

Traces of Incendiares

Eyewitness (FDNY, Trade Center employees) of explosions inside the bldgs.

SOME PEOPLE JUST CAN'T GET OVER IT, AND THEY DON'T ACCEPT THE ANOMALIES.

The United Nations opened their 70th session September 15th.

http://www.un.org/apps/news/story.asp?NewsID=51882#.VfywBc-FMdU

“In less than 10 days’ time, our leaders will gather in this hall to adopt the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,” Mogens Lykketoft said as he opened the session. "The Agenda, which will be adopted during a special summit at UN Headquarters, consists of 17 Sustainable Development Goals and 169 targets that aim to be a charter for people and the planet in the twenty-first century. They will stimulate action over the next 15 years in areas of critical importance towards building a more equitable and sustainable world for all."

Comment: Well that sounds nice but what exactly do they want to do?

“The UN and its Member States have a strong obligation to work together to end the catastrophic wars and conflicts – not least in and around Syria"

Comment: How do they plan to do that? One world government, one world army, one world leader, disarm the global population, erase state sovereignty and borders?

P.S. From the 9.11.15 meeting, pages 6-20, it was decided we need to go back to Somalia to help them with their army because of Al Shabaab's activities.

http://daccess-dds-ny.un.org/doc/UNDOC/GEN/N15/271/26/PDF/N1527126.pdf?OpenElement

I think eventually Congress will not have the right to declare war or where we send armies, it will all be left up to the United Nations who will decide for ALL the nations. We're not there yet, but that's the future.

This is so powerful I am putting it here also.

Administrative death panels are held weekly in Washington, Nader indicated “President Obama gathers his security advisors in the White House, and they decide who’s going to live and who’s going to die, in Yemen or Somalia, or Iraq or Afghanistan or Pakistan, you name it -- drones,” he said

“President Obama gives the thumbs up, or thumbs down. Who authorized him to do that? Where is the imminent peril requirement? And what happens when they expand it, and it is not stopped?” Nader spoke at length about blowback, the increase in enemy resistance to such acts.

“Apart from the brutal homicide that’s involved here, apart from the criminality, do you think that’s a smart move, from our own national security,” Nader asked. “Look at the cost. All empires eventually devour themselves,” he said.

US Weapons given to Al Qaida fighters n Syria

http://uk.reuters.com/article/2015/09/25/uk-mideast-crisis-usa-equipment-idUKKCN0RP2HS20150925

Syrian rebels trained by the United States gave some of their equipment to the al Qaeda-linked Nusra Front in exchange for safe passage, a U.S. military spokesman said on Friday, the latest blow to a troubled U.S. effort to train local partners to fight Islamic State militants.

The rebels surrendered six pick-up trucks and some ammunition, or about one-quarter of their issued equipment, to a suspected Nusra intermediary on Sept. 21-22 in exchange for safe passage, said Colonel Patrick Ryder, a spokesman for U.S. Central Command, in a statement.

REMARKS: Al Qaida has not really been an adversary to the US. [other than being blamed for 9.11 and a few other attacks]. The truth is the US has used them in proxy wars to help take out political leaders in opposition to US policies. We wanted to get rid of Assad but rather than use US troops, we sent money and weapons to so called rebels. To make it palatable, we say it is this group of nationalistic freedom fighters, the Free Syrian Army. Let's get real people, the Free Syrian Army was/is no match for Saddam's militarily trained forces. So who is doing the fighting? Al Qaida guerillas, and Islamic State fighters (who were created by Iraqi intelligence).

Isn't the Islamic State part of Al Qaida? No, even though they have been called Al Qaida in Iraq, they are their own entity. All the groups have the same goal of ousting Bashar al Assad, but then the differences begin. The Islamic State wants to be in charge, they do not want to power share with Al Qaida or anybody else. They have picked up the gauntlet of jihad and embrace the concept of either victory or martyrdom. Abdullah Azzam would tell his fighters," there is no discussion, there is jihad and there is your rifle". [go fight]. The Islamic State has struck fear in everyone with their stance of 'our way or no way', 'join us or die'. There are no negotiations, they are self appointed and have grown out of years of fighting wars all over that region of the world.

Al Qaida Central Command, led by Ayman Al Zawhiri is not in allegiance to the Islamic State, they are in allegiance to the Afghan (Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan) and their vision of a Caliphate. They gave their original allegiance to Mullah Omar, and renewed that vow to Mullah Mansour (Omar's successor).

Our providing guns/weapons to rebels in other countries to use in these proxy wars has created many problems. This is not the 1980's. It is different now. We supplied weapons to Libyans to take out Colonel Qaddafi, where did those weapons end up? In whose possession are they now? Who is using them now? Any and all the groups whose hands they fall into, by whatever manner they were obtained, whether by clandestine black ops proxy deals or accidentally.

They hunted Omar for years, but it was not God's will for him to be blown to smithereens. Here is a photo of him with one of his men, driving somewhere.

http://www.khaama.com/mullah-omars-son-was-forced-to-accept-mullah-mansoor-as-new-taliban-leader-1548

Proxy wars based in HUMINT. That's how it is these days. Congress has no say in anything and we the people have even less say than Congress. Why is anyone surprised that we give weapons to any group to fight our dirty little proxy wars?

IRAN/IRAQ

Iran is in talks with foreign and domestic companies for development of its biggest oilfield which the country shares with Iraq, an official says. The plan to develop South Azadegan includes producing 320,000 barrels per day (bpd) of oil in the initial phase before raising recovery to 600,000 bpd.

As many as 16 oil rigs are currently spudding 100 wells at the field amid a rush to catch up with neighboring Iraq in production. “If foreign companies are selected, their operation modality will be similar to that by local companies in the form of two-year usance where each firm will have to dig 20 wells,” Mar’ashi said.

Iraq started producing 210,000 barrels per day from the field which it calls Majnoon in April 2014. The country has awarded the field to a consortium led by the Royal Dutch Shell, targeting a production plateau of 1.8 million bpd.

Iran first awarded the development of South Azadegan to Japan’s Inpex in 2001 but had to terminate it after five years due to the company’s inaction. South Azadegan is the world's third largest oilfield with in-place reserves of about 33.2 billion barrels and recoverable resources of about 6 billion barrels.

COMMENTS: Just keeping you in the loop, since Iran shares the oil field with Iraq, and you should know what happened with the Iraqi oil (it was divided up among 'foreign investors') once we ousted Saddam. AND we are still fighting a war in Iraq. Iraq, the home of Abu Al Baghdadi, head of the Islamic State. Iran has nuclear capabilities, so it they are taken out of the way, all their oil can be divided up among foreign investors too. The consequences? Nuclear attacks on Israel, the benefits, financial profits to the foreign investors.

RUSSIA/SYRIA

Russia has authorized airstrikes into Syria.

http://www.presstv.ir/Detail/2015/09/30/431355/Russia-parliament-Putin-Syria-crisis-military-deployment

Reportedly, They have launched their first airstikes on Homs. Russian surveillance drones also began flying over northwestern Syria last week to collect intelligence on potential targets, US officials said. The drones fly daily missions above Latakia, Hama, and Idlib, according to the intelligence assessment.

http://www.presstv.ir/Detail/2015/09/30/431385/US-Russia-Syria-airstrikes-Homs

John Kerry sent warning to the Russians. Their answer was:
"A Russian official in Baghdad this morning informed US Embassy personnel that Russian military aircraft would begin flying anti-ISIL missions today over Syria. He further requested that US aircraft avoid Syrian airspace during these missions," he said. US State Dept. spokesman John Kirby said that the US will continue it's airstrijkes in Syria.

http://www.presstv.ir/Detail/2015/09/30/431394/Kerry-Lavrov-Russia-Syria-

http://www.theguardian.com/world/2015/sep/30/russia-launches-first-airstrikes-against-targets-in-syria-says-us

COMMENTS: Russia wants to eradicate the ISIS occupation of Syria. So what happens if US aircraft get caught in Russian crossfire in Syria? Some have theorized that the US is using Isis to destabilize the Middle East in a bid for takeover of all the oil reserves. We wanted Assad out of power, so we armed the Free Syrian Army, now Isis has a foothold in Syria and desires incursions into Turkey and Jordan. Russia on the other hand is very up front about their ambitions, they want to take out Isis and preserve Assad. So does Iran. What future path does that lead the US to?

Once again, we need to get out of foreign lands, let them settle their own differences, close our borders and mind our own business. It is the only way to peace, but sadly, peace is not likely for our future.

[P.S. Yes I am aware of the situation in Afghanistan, with the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's (native Taliban) re-taking Kunduz, and the US airstrike response. It amazes me how the US can blast the Taliban, but Isis gets free reign to have training bases there. Surely the US warplanes can see their bases as they fly overhead]]. Putin and the rest of the world do not seem willing to let Isis take over the middle east. But we are willing to let them take Afghanistan.) I have not gotten into this yet, but I will tell you now, one of the prophecies of a woman named Annie is that eventually at some point, Russian warplanes will bomb Chicago and D.C. , but that won't effect our govt. they have been planning for years to move to Denver. DO some searching and find out what Jesse Ventura, Minnesota Governer found out when he visited there. They even boldly have the new world order signs all over the new Denver airport.

Putin takes over where Obama’s foreign policy has failed:

Russia begins airstrikes in support of Assad, demands US planes keep out

Russian warplanes began bombarding Syrian opposition targets in the war-torn nation's north Wednesday, following a terse meeting at which a Russian general asked Pentagon officials to clear out of Syrian air space and was rebuffed, Fox News has learned.

A U.S. official said Russian airstrikes targeted fighters in the vicinity of Homs, located roughly 60 miles east of a Russian naval facility in Tartus, and were carried out by a "couple" of Russian bombers. The strikes hit targets in Homs and Hama, but there is no presence of ISIS in those areas, a senior U.S. defense official said. These planes are hitting areas where Free Syrian Army and other anti-Assad groups are located, the official said.

Activists and a rebel commander on the ground said the Russian airstrikes have mostly hit moderate rebel positions and civilians. In a video released by the U.S.-backed rebel group Tajamu Alezzah, jets are seen hitting a building claimed to be a location of the group in the town of Latamna in the central Hama province.

The group commander Jameel al-Saleh told a local Syrian news website that the group's location was hit by Russian jets but didn't specify the damage.

A group of local activists in the town of Talbiseh in Homs province recorded at least 16 civilians killed, including two children.

According to a U.S. senior official, Presidents Obama and Putin agreed on a process to "deconflict" military operations. The Russians on Wednesday "bypassed that process," the official said.

"That's not how responsible nations do business," the official said.
The development came after Pentagon officials, in a development first reported by Fox News, brushed aside an official request, or "demarche," from Russia to clear air space over northern Syria, where Moscow said it intended to conduct airstrikes against ISIS on behalf of Assad, according to sources who spoke to Fox News. The request was made in a heated discussion between a Russian three-star general and U.S. officials at the American Embassy in Baghdad, sources said.

"If you have forces in the area we request they leave," said the general, who used the word "please" in the contentious encounter.

A senior Pentagon official said the U.S., which also has been conducting airstrikes against ISIS, but does not support Assad, said the request was not honored.

"We still conducted our normal strike operations in Syria today," the official said. "We did not and have not changed our operations."

State Department spokesman John Kirby told reporters the Russian airstrikes won't change the strategy of the U.S.-led coalition.

"The U.S.-led coalition will continue to fly missions over Iraq and Syria as planned and in support of our international mission to degrade and destroy ISIL," Kirby told reporters, while acknowledging the meeting at the American embassy in Baghdad.

Russia's Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told foreign ministers of world powers Wednesday that his country is "ready to forge standing channels of communication to ensure a maximally effective fight against terrorist groups."

Lavrov spoke to the U.N. Security Council shortly after Russia's defense ministry announced its jets are carrying out airstrikes on Islamic State group positions in Syria.

Lavrov said Russia would shortly circulate a draft council resolution to promote joint efforts against groups like the Islamic State.

The move by Moscow marks a major escalation in ongoing tensions between the two countries over military action in the war-torn country and comes moments after Russian lawmakers formally approved a request from Putin to authorize the use of troops in Syria. Putin said previously that Russia would strike ISIS targets.

The Federation Council, the upper house of Russia's parliament, discussed Putin's request for the authorization behind the closed doors. Sergei Ivanov, chief of Putin's administration, said in televised remarks that the parliament voted unanimously to approve the request.

Ivanov said the authorization is necessary "not in order to achieve some foreign policy goals" but "in order to defend Russia's national interests."

Putin is obligated to request parliamentary approval for any use of Russian troops abroad, according to the Russian Constitution. The last time he did so was before Russia annexed Ukraine's Crimean Peninsula in March 2014.

Putin's request comes after his bilateral meeting with Obama on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly meeting in New York, where the two were discussing Russia's recent military buildup in Syria.

A U.S. official told Fox News Monday the two leaders agreed to discuss political transition in Syria but were at odds over the role that Assad should play in resolving the civil conflict. The official said Obama reiterated to Putin that he does not believe there is a path to stability in Syria with Assad in power. Putin has said the world needs to support Assad because his military has the best chance to defeat ISIS militants.

Putin said the meeting, which lasted slightly more than 90 minutes, was “very constructive, business-like and frank".

"We are thinking about it, and we don't exclude anything," Putin told reporters at the time
The Kremlin reported that Putin hosted a meeting of the Russian security council at his residence Tuesday night outside of Moscow, saying that they were discussing terrorism and extremism.

On Tuesday, French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius called on Russia to make a real contribution to the fight against ISIS, telling reporters at the United Nations that Moscow "is against the terrorists, it's not abnormal to launch strikes against them."

"The international community has hit (ISIS). France has hit (ISIS), Assad very little, and the Russians not at all. So one has to look at who does what," Fabius added.

Russia has been a staunch supporter of Assad during Syria's bloody civil war, and multiple reports have previously indicated that Russian troops are aiding Assad's forces. Israel's defense minister also said earlier this month that Russian troops are in Syria to help Assad fight the ISIS terror group.

On Wednesday, Reuters reported that Russia's Foreign Ministry told the news agency Interfax that a recently established operations center in Baghdad would help coordinate airstrikes and ground troops in Syria. Fox News first reported last week that the center had been set up by Russian, Syrian and Iranian military commanders with the goal of working with Iranian-backed Shia militias fighting ISIS.

Over the weekend, the Iraqi government announced that it would begin sharing "security and intelligence" information with Russia, Syria and Iran to help combat ISIS.

Meanwhile, intelligence sources told Fox News Friday that Iranian Quds Force commander Qasem Soleimani met with Russian military commanders in Baghdad Sept. 22. Fox News reported earlier this month that Soleimani met Putin in Moscow over the summer to discuss a joint military plan in Syria.

"The Russians are no longer advising, but co-leading the war in Syria," one intelligence official said at the time.

The Associated Press contributed to this report.

Presidential Debate: Oct 22, 2012:

During the presidential debate, President Barack Obama mocked former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, the Republican presidential nominee. Romney had said that al Qaeda and other terrorist groups are “rushing in” as revolutions shake up the Muslim world.

“Gov. Romney, I'm glad that you recognize that al Qaeda is a threat,” Obama said, “because a few months ago when you were asked what's the biggest geopolitical threat facing America, you said Russia.”

“The 1980s are now calling to ask for their foreign policy back because the Cold War's been over for 20 years,” Obama said.

Reality: September 2015:

It turns out Mitch Romney was right. Putin is handing Obama his ass.

Hint to Obama: Cowardice is not a good foreign policy.

It's not cowardice. Operation Clean Break was a strategy developed and put on paper in the 1990's, it's co authors included people in former US governmental administrations. It was a plan to destabilize the entire middle east. Dick Cheney was one of those involved, as was Paul Wolfowitz and other Department of Defense officials. General Wesley Clark told the world he was in a meeting where it was discussed we would invade five countries in seven years. He named the countries, with Iraq being one of them. A one world order cannot be implemented and imposed on people if states and nations still have their sovereignty and function as independent countries.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/A_Clean_Break:_A_New_Strategy_for_Securing_the_Realm

In March 2003, Patrick J. Buchanan, referring to the 2003 invasion of Iraq and the report, wrote, "Their plan, which urged Israel to re-establish 'the principle of preemption,' has now been imposed by Perle, Feith, Wurmser & Co. on the United States."[6]

Ian Buruma wrote in August 2003 in the New York Times that:[7]

Douglas Feith and Richard Perle advised Netanyahu, who was prime minister in 1996, to make "a clean break" from the Oslo accords with the Palestinians. They also argued that Israeli security would be served best by regime change in surrounding countries. Despite the current mess in Iraq, this is still a commonplace in Washington. In Paul Wolfowitz's words, "The road to peace in the Middle East goes through Baghdad." It has indeed become an article of faith (literally in some cases) in Washington that American and Israeli interests are identical, but this was not always so, and "Jewish interests" are not the main reason for it now.

An October 2003 editorial in The Nation criticized the Syria Accountability Act and connected it to the Clean Break report and authors:

To properly understand the Syria Accountability Act, one has to go back to a 1996 document, "A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm," drafted by a team of advisers to Benjamin Netanyahu in his run for prime minister of Israel. The authors included current Bush advisers Richard Perle and Douglas Feith. "Syria challenges Israel on Lebanese soil," they wrote, calling for "striking Syrian military targets in Lebanon, and should that prove insufficient, striking at select targets in Syria proper

http://www.larouchepub.com/other/2003/3040cleanbreak.html

The Perle-Wurmser policy document demanded:

1) Destroy Yasser Arafat and the Palestinian Authority, blaming them for every act of Palestinian terrorism, including the attacks from Hamas, an organization which Sharon had helped launch during his early 1980s tenure as Minister of Defense.

2) Induce the United States to overthrow the Saddam Hussein regime in Iraq.

3) Launch war against Syria after Saddam's regime is disposed of, including striking Syrian military targets in Lebanon, and targets in Syria proper.

4) Parlay the overthrow of the Ba'athist regimes in Baghdad and Damascus into the "democratization" of the entire Arab world, including through further military actions against Iran, Saudi Arabia, and "the ultimate prize," Egypt (see Documentation following for the "Clean Break" report).

When the going gets tough, Obama’s people run:

Pentagon’s top official on Russia, Ukraine resigning
Published September 29, 2015

The Pentagon official who oversees military relations with Russia and Ukraine has resigned, a senior U.S. defense official confirmed.

The resignation of Evelyn Farkas, a Defense Department deputy assistant secretary, was reported first by Politico.

Farkas made the announcement Monday, the same day President Obama met privately for 90 minutes with Russian President Vladimir Putin in New York to discuss Russian intentions in the Middle East.

Russia has military deployments in worn-torn Syria and is backing rebel forces against neighboring Ukraine’s new, pro-Democratic government. Russia last year annexed the Ukrainian peninsula of Crimea.

Her resignation comes at a crucial time for the Pentagon, which is now going to begin military contacts with Russia to try and stop the fighting in Syria.

Christine Wormuth, undersecretary of Defense for policy, purportedly is slated to lead the Pentagon in those engagements with the Russians.

Farkas’ resignation also comes just days after it was revealed that Gen. John Allen is stepping down this fall as point person for ISIS policy at the State Department.
