I certainly wouldn't say it was fake.
And to be clear, the people who did that to this man should face the roughest and toughest penalties possible.
Where I come from with the video of the first video in question is that we see the people doing it. So we dont have to rely on much evidence or wait really for a trial to know who did what and all that stuff. That is how I come up with some cruel and unusual punishments for the people that did that, there is no risk or danger of applying the punishment to the wrong people.
If we knew for certain who attacked that black Muslim man then I would be wanting the same punishment for his attackers.
