At least I'm beating danb and woods so far................ 😛 😮 Grin

I'm next to last. I couldn't pick any worse!

Hate to mention this Alan, but my buddy, the guy in last, hasn't updated his picks in weeks and has been getting zero points for awhile due to the max start thing.

Ouch.

Post race party celebrating Ryan Blaney's first cup win. See who you might be able to pick out in the photo.

Gotta agree w 14 and 88 in regards to their comments about late yellow yesterday. NASCAR burned off a ton of quality racing laps and cost several teams some big dollars in repairs and or dollars in winnings.

Looking forward to Sonoma this week. Always a favourite. I need to get there one of these years.

Road course was hard on my standings, rules of Nascar Road race pool picks after so many poll killing events.

A road course expert drives road course cars not bread boxes on 4 wheels. Do not take road course drivers.

The same people win nascar races every week why should you think a road course expert or the Dinger will pull one out of his ass.

Danica will be involved in wrecks that ruin your chances.

Go back to rule 2.

Boris Said is washed up.

Anymore?

I had the Dinger, dangit.

I also took the guy driving the 43 on a lark, should have talked to you first, ha.

Over the years the regulars have certainly upped their game on these courses. There was a day when taking ole Boris was a safe pick.

I think the end of the races this year have been outstanding. Not sure on the stages, lots of people I hear talk from the sport like it, I'm take or leave it. But the ends of all these races have been really good that I know.

No 9 driver starts is for the entire season.

78 dominated Saturday! Had a 15 second lead on 2nd place car before that final caution came out!

Indy has an interesting race for those that enjoy the nuance of racing. Sheer excitement not so much. Since it is usually single groove and hard to pass, you can get into the strategy of it. Fuel mileage, short pitting and stuff. I don't always like that kind of racing, but when I;m expecting it I'm ok with it.

Should be an interesting Xfinity race as well Saturday since they are using restrictor plates. Then Cup qualifies after their race.

I don't think that moving it to the last race before the playoff makes much difference. The race on the track can still be less than exciting and just moving it in the schedule doesn't change that.

I had the Xfinity Indy race on today. New package this year. They used restrictor plates and added more downforce to the cars. The race was good, although I think this forum has more active members than people who attended that race today, talk about empty!

But anyway, the racing was good. There have never been double digit passes for the lead in an Xfinity race at Indy, today there were something like 16 lead changes, almost more than the previous 3 races combined. Cars could pass on the outside, very hard to do at this track. Cup drivers appeared to like what they were seeing. Pretty sure next year Cup series will mirror the packages Xfinity raced with today. Will people show up to watch it?

If it rains that late then they might call it. Would take a long time to dry that track after a rain.

You local? Ever been to the track?

Kyle Busch's CREW CHIEF Adam Stevens and Martin Truex crew members have altercation after the 78 wrecked himself and the 18 from P1 and P2 on a restart. Both teams are part of the Joe Gibbs racing alliance (Front Row Racing is a kind-of satellite team of Gibbs).

Two Truex crew members are suspended for this week's upcoming race. Stevens, who entered the pit box to engage the crew was not punished.
