Bhawk, I agree that action should be taken. But what can anything remotely confrontational accomplish? it would only backfire. If the world is so angry, then to me it proves we cannot rely on parents to provide the proper guidance. I say expand counseling programs in schools to eradicate the problem from a young age.

It is no wonder why Obama is considered by the American People to be the worst President of the modern era.

Muleman, your false and unsubstantiated platitudes are endlessly entertaining. With the conviction you have for stuff you make up, you could be Trump's press secretary.

_________________________________________________________________________

Ah, the factually challenged speak again. Truly sad.

I posted the Quinnipiac National poll here that clearly showed that the American People said Obama was the worst President of the modern era.
Either you missed it or are unable or unwilling to do a basic search and find it.

Oh, actually, I'm not talking about being confrontational at all. Quite the opposite.

In the last few days, its been made perfectly clear that this election really wasn't a refudiation of Hillary Clinton, it was and is a statement of hatred of all things liberal, Democrat and left. Well, can't control that, so, hey, fine. Time to disengage. The right wing has the White House, Congress, soon enough the SCOTUS...but the real kicker is that the GOP is only five state legislatures away from ratifying the Constitution. They can have it all. They can run it all how they see fit. The 50% of the population that doesn't care about voting or politics is on to something. Immersion in other things and building a small community of like-minded people is the best way to go.

There's this video of this rant by some dude going around social media that echoes this sentiment that the usual liberal self-flagellation must occur, that if liberals hadn't insulted Trump supporters, things would have gone differently. That somehow it's on those with liberal beliefs and opinions to have an obligation to listen to and try and understand people who call them libtards with a mental disorder and will still hate them anyway at the end of the conversation.

Personally, I've busted my a$$ my entire life for everything I have. Never taken public assistance, never collected unemployment. My wife and I both work, we pay our taxes, (although, we should all start rethinking that, the President-elect doesn't pay taxes, I'm starting to wonder why we should) follow the laws, stay engaged in the community and try to hold a high level of kindness and respect whenever we can. Our daughter is amazing, studies hard, stays involved in her school, has never gotten in any sort of serious trouble. But, apparently, none of that matters, because of opinions classified along political lines.

I'm not a snowflake. I have no need for a safe space. I'm proud of who I am, the family I have and the things I have built. I love my country, and I respect that there are others that have a different vision of what our country is and what it should be.

However, our President-elect spent the last year tossing out insults by the pound, stoking the flames of white nationalism and never articulating his plans in any detail. None of the people who supported him had any issue with anything he said and still don't. His and his supporters' vision of America is not one that I share. And, hey, that's fine. That goes with living here.

So, I'm going to carry on living my life and doing the best I can. But, what I won't do is try to understand and respect people that hate me anyway. Look around his board. Look around social media. Look around society. There's no longer any desire for different viewpoints or real discussions. The right hates liberals and wants no part of them or their opinions. "Liberalism," as it were, has been clearly defined as something destructive, unpatriotic, weak and unwanted.

What has really happened this week is that the line has finally been crossed. Actually, the line has been shattered. It's no longer about having different opinions. It's finally come to what it's really been about all along...judgement on how other people live their lives. How they think. What they believe. And, this week's verdict is that liberals and their way of living and thinking should just shut up and go away.

I'm very happy to oblige.

It is comical that anyone believes that any politician tells the truth. Thought that by 2016, it was painfully obvious.

The "who is a bigger liar" debate in pretty funny too. Especially when discussing two people whose lives have been one big lie after another.

News Update from Canada

The flood of Trump-fearing American liberals sneaking across the border into Canada has intensified in the past week. The Republican presidential campaign is prompting an exodus among left-leaning Americans who fear they'll soon be required to hunt, pray, pay taxes, and live according to the Constitution.

Canadian border residents say it's not uncommon to see dozens of sociology professors, liberal arts majors, global-warming activists, and "green" energy proponents crossing their fields at night.

"I went out to milk the cows the other day, and there was a Hollywood producer huddled in the barn," said southern Manitoba farmer Red Greenfield, whose acreage borders North Dakota. "He was cold, exhausted and hungry, and begged me for a latte and some free-range chicken. When I said I didn't have any, he left before I even got a chance to show him my screenplay, eh?"

In an effort to stop the illegal aliens, Greenfield erected higher fences, but the liberals scaled them. He then installed loudspeakers that blared Rush Limbaugh across the fields, but they just stuck their fingers in their ears and kept coming. Officials are particularly concerned about smugglers who meet liberals just south of the border, pack them into electric cars, and drive them across the border, where they are simply left to fend for themselves after the battery dies.

"A lot of these people are not prepared for our rugged conditions," an Alberta border patrolman said. "I found one carload without a single bottle of Perrier water, or any gemelli with shrimp and arugula. All they had was a nice little Napa Valley cabernet and some kale chips. When liberals are caught, they're sent back across the border, often wailing that they fear persecution from Trump high-hairers.

Rumors are circulating about plans being made to build re-education camps where liberals will be forced to drink domestic beer, study the Constitution, and find jobs that actually contribute to the economy.

In recent days, liberals have turned to ingenious ways of crossing the border. Some have been disguised as senior citizens taking a bus trip to buy cheap Canadian prescription drugs. After catching a half-dozen young vegans in blue-hair wig disguises, Canadian immigration authorities began stopping buses and quizzing the supposed senior citizens about Perry Como and Rosemary Clooney to prove that they were alive in the '50s.

"If they can't identify the accordion player on The Lawrence Welk Show, we become very suspicious about their age," an official said.

Canadian citizens have complained that the illegal immigrants are creating an organic-broccoli shortage, are buying up all the Barbara Streisand CD's, and are overloading the internet while downloading jazzercise apps to their cell phones.

"I really feel sorry for American liberals, but the Canadian economy just can't support them," an Ottawa resident said. "After all, how many art-history majors does one country need?

They will be really disappointed with that tax thing. We pay huge taxes on everything and many things numerous times. We hunt. Pretty much a given I would think. We pray to whatever God we choose.

And our politicians are full of sh*t and lie too.

You seem to live in the world of attacking and insulting people with which you have a different opinion.

BTW - The Klan is a club by and for Democrats.

You could always try something different for example post your opinion or thoughts on a matter of substance that actually have a bearing today’s issues.

It is entirely up to you.

You can't honestly believe this. Yes, decades ago, it was mostly full of southern whites who voted Democratic, as was most of the south, prior to the Civil Rights era. Today, the Klan votes Republican. They voted just as much for McCain and Romney as they did for Trump, they just have a little more encouragement from Trump.

Don't twist facts to suit your preferred world view.

Yes, that's right, I stated facts. History lesson: the majority of the Southern states switched from Democrat to Republican after the Civil Rights Era. LBJ thought he lost the South for a "generation", but it has been more than that. The majority of the KKK happens to be in the southern states and is no longer a Democratic-aligned organization. The KKK famously supported Barry Goldwater in the 1964 election.

You could look this up if you ever ventured away from Fox News, but here you go.

The Washington Post is a corrupt left wing rag and besides misrepresenting what Donald trump actually says they have actually lied in their endless effort to be the liberals tabloid.

Donald trump roundly rejected anything coming from a couple of KKK loons.
The KKK has no "national organization" as WAPO tried to insinuate.

I also noticed that WAPO and their liberal followers never mentioned the California KKK endorsement of Hillary Clinton.

Not that it matters because the KKK is irrelevant and a non issue.
You cull some bizarre factoid from an unreliable source and then blow it all out of proportion.

Try for something of substance for a change.

Right, right, ok. Sorry I don't get all of my news from Fox News and Breitbart.

I do agree that the KKK is irrelevant, but you didn't think so when you thought it was still a Democratic club (it hasn't been since the 1960s and it's members definitely didn't support Obama I'm thinking).

See Hillary Clinton’s mentor Senator Robert Byrd (D) and KKK member.

I know the memes you get your news from don't tell the whole story, but Robert Byrd had repeatedly apologized for his involvement in the KKK in the 1940s. He went on to be a champion of Civil Rights. Stop wasting everyone's time with your false news.

http://www.snopes.com/clinton-byrd-photo-klan/

he repeatedly apologized for his involvement with the KKK:

"I know now I was wrong. Intolerance had no place in America. I apologized a thousand times ... and I don't mind apologizing over and over again. I can't erase what happened."

In 2010, even the NAACP released a statement honoring Senator Byrd and mourning his passing:

The NAACP is saddened by the passing of United States Senator Robert Byrd. Byrd, the longest serving member of congress was first elected to the U.S. House from [West Virginia] in 1952 and was elected Senator in 1958. Byrd passed away this morning at the age of 92.

"Senator Byrd reflects the transformative power of this nation," stated NAACP President and CEO Benjamin Todd Jealous. "Senator Byrd went from being an active member of the KKK to a being a stalwart supporter of the Civil Rights Act, the Voting Rights Act and many other pieces of seminal legislation that advanced the civil rights and liberties of our country.

"Senator Byrd came to consistently support the NAACP civil rights agenda, doing well on the NAACP Annual Civil Rights Report Card. He stood with us on many issues of crucial importance to our members from the reauthorization of the Voting Rights Act, the historic health care legislation of 2010 and his support for the Hate Crimes Prevention legislation," stated Hilary O. Shelton, Director of the NAACP Washington Bureau and Senior Vice President for Advocacy and Policy. "Senator Byrd was a master of the Senate Rules, and helped strategize passage of legislation that helped millions of Americans. He will be sorely missed."

So, you are saying when some turd from the cesspool endorses a candidate that candidate supports that turd?

Okay:

Ku Klux Klan Grand Dragon Will Quigg Endorses Hillary Clinton for President

Ku Klux Klan Grand Dragon Will Quigg Endorses Hillary Clinton for President

Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton attends a "Get Out the Vote" event at the Chicago Journeymen Plumbers Local Union on March 14 in Chicago. Getty

Hillary Clinton can add a new name to her list of endorsements – a prominent Ku Klux Klan member who says he likes her because of her "hidden agenda."
Will Quigg, a grand dragon of the Ku Klux Klan's California chapter, told the Telegraph Monday that he would be switching his support from Donald Trump to Clinton.
Quigg had endorsed Trump on Twitter in September:

Now, though, he says he's changing his tune.
"We want Hillary Clinton to win," he said. "She is telling everybody one thing, but she has a hidden agenda. She’s telling everybody what they want to hear so she can get elected, because she’s Bill Clinton’s wife, she’s close to the Bushes. Once she’s in the presidency, she’s going to come out and her true colors are going to show. Border policies are going to be put in place. Our second amendment rights that she’s saying she’s against now, she’s not against. She’s just our choice for the presidency."

When asked about the "hidden agenda," Quigg said, "I cannot reveal my sources.”
When the Telegraph asked Quigg why he reneged on his promise to support Trump in the race, he replied: "We don’t like his hair. We think it’s a toupee. He won’t do what he says he will do. He says he’s going to build a 20-foot high fence along with border with Mexico and make them pay. How’s he going to do that?"

Clinton has yet to address the unexpected new endorsement, but some analysts say Quigg's statements seem "suspect."
"Based on his past statements, it doesn’t appear highly credible that he has changed his effusive allegiance to Donald Trump,” Brian Levin, a former New York police officer who is director of the Centre for the Study of Hate and Extremism at California State University in San Bernardino, told the Telegraph. “The timing seems suspect. I think this is a function of not wanting to undermine the Trump campaign.”

Hahaha, there you are, waiting in the WP to pounce again. Ol' Reliable.

What, do you live here, or have your computer alert you every time there is a post here?

That story was Klan disinformation the KKK put out as they were told to distance themselves from Trump.

But, again, who cares. What is really cool is that you don't support the Klan. You never really came right out and said you don't like the floursackers.

Please correct me if I'm wrong.
