Here's a place to predict the results of the Iowa caucuses. Let's see how close you can come to picking the 1st & 2nd place finishers in Iowa for each party and the % of the votes received. Here's my prediction:

Republicans:
1) Trump - 28%
2) Rubio - 23%

Democrats:
1) Sanders - 46%
2) Clinton - 45%

Based on what we have been told, I'd say you are right.
However, Iowans are known to think for themselves and do enjoy screwing with pollsters.
i saw an interview with a lady from Iowa who said she had been polled almost daily and she said that each time she gave a different response... smiling.

On Tuesday morning we will know... maybe.

The numbers above are probably right.
Turnout is everything.

It's always easier to get people to vote against something than for something. A vote for Trump is a vote against Washington DC. A vote for Sanders is a vote against Hillary. Sanders has captured the minds of the younger voters. Let's see if they show up.

According to Fox News there are a lot of students and other young people waiting outside to come in and show support.

I don't see Hillary or Trump being the big winners tonight. They may win, but not by the margins imagined.

With almost all caucuses counted:

GOP: Ted Cruz beats Trump handily with Marco Rubio close behind; massive turnout.

Dems: Hillary Clinton barely edges Bernie Sanders, weak turnout.
