The Tedeschi Trucks Band leaders perform and reveal their musical inspirations in an interview with journalist David Fricke (Rolling Stone), including their unique connections to Derek and the Dominos’ “Bell Bottom Blues;” Sippie Wallace’s “Women Be Wise” on Mississippi John Hurt’s Gibson from the Met’s collection; and “Who Am I” and “What in the World” from their latest, Future Soul. Filmed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Petrie Sculpture Court.

One of the better interview/performance pieces I've seen.

The first song was especially nice for me. I've been listening to the original for over 50 years. Loved the vocal from Susan. I bought a few pairs of bell-bottoms in 1970. They were the latest thing then but it didn't last that long it seems looking back.

The Mississippi John Hurt Gibson acoustic is certainly a priceless piece today. He was such a pure and authentic performer.
