I think that the number is 15 of the last 21 days we’ve had rain, close to six inches. Everything is pretty well saturated. Supposedly none today or tomorrow and then three more days of sustained rain. Really unusual for this time of year.

Saw a great free show on Wednesday, with a C,S,N &Y tribute band and a Pink Floyd tribute band - both were excellent. Going to see an Eagles tribute band tonight - probably one of the last outdoor shows this year.
Where do I sign up around these parts? And am I a robot?

Meeechigan got screwed yesterday! 😉
It would have been funny if that last completion had been called off because the guy was out of bounds. I mean, you would hear from everyone calling UM out for some kind if conspiracy.

Didn't realize Deb and Sandman had the same birthday - Happy Birthday!

Add to all this saturation 7" of rain last night. Just unbelievable, the ground literally squishes and oozes water when you step on it.

We are at the opposite end of the spectrum ... hardly any rain for months and officially in drout, thus a ban on all non-essential usage of water ... drinking, cooking, washing and essential cleaning (for health purposes) only ... no watering the garden or plants, no cleaning the car ... I'm wondering if I should start building and ark because I'm sure we're going to have a deluge of biblical proportions before long!
Have a great weekend, guys!
Well Lee, the cubbies went ... 🤣
I was supposed to play golf 3 days in a row - we got over an inch yesterday and we are past 1.75" today.
Saw the ABB tribute band Peach Jam tonight - they are very good.
What are all those objects barely in the rearview mirror? Oh it's the other parties of the NFL Pick 'Em Pool....

Yeah, I posted about them a while back when Droogie and I went. I loved the guy that played Dickey. Some of those guys are also in a Dead band.

I need to get to Kingston Mines. I haven't been there in years. The last time I was going there, I missed Larry McCray. The next day was the start of the virus.

It would be good for the city. God, if say the Sux play the Rays, MLB will hate the lineup.

Just back from the Northwestern game. I think the band kind of teased Jessica. That was about the extent of the excitement.

Been a little busy lately - trying to squeeze in some golf before the weather changes, and watching the grandkids since they have been sick. They are 1 and 3, and my wife and I are exhausted when they leave - but they are fun.
Looks like the League Champion had a tough week ... 😎

Looks like we all are having trouble picking against the spread this year ... and we all know DanB will eventually be drunk and forget to make his picks ...
Going to see Beat tonight with Droogie ... great band, playing King Crimson 80's albums - Adrian Belew, Tony Levin, Steve Vai and Zappa's drummer Terry Bozzio.
