If only we all had lawyers like Mr. Cohen.

"In a filing joined by Trump, Cohen had Clifford's lawsuit moved from California state court to federal court. Court papers say their goal is to push the dispute back into private arbitration and collect $20 million in damages from Clifford."

"Slate’s Jacob Weisberg, meanwhile, published a detailed account yesterday about his own work on the story, including a series of phone conversations and text exchanges he had with Daniels between August and October of 2016.
Daniels told me she’d gone to Trump’s hotel room after meeting him at a celebrity golf tournament in Nevada in 2006. There they’d begun a sexual relationship, which continued for nearly a year. […]
In our conversations, Daniels said she was holding back on the juiciest details, such as her ability to describe things about Trump that only someone who had seen him naked would know…. Daniels said she had some corroborating evidence, including the phone numbers of Trump’s longtime personal assistant Rhona Graff and his bodyguard Keith Schiller, with whom she said she would arrange rendezvous. While she did not share those numbers with me, I did speak to three of Daniels’ friends, all of whom said they knew about the affair at the time, and all of whom confirmed the outlines of her story."
Not long after the 2016 Republican National Convention, I got a tip from a friend of mine. An old acquaintance of his in California was close to a woman in the adult-film industry who claimed to have had an affair with Donald Trump.
REMARK: This has gone on since "after the 2016 Republican Convention." SET-UP.
"She didn’t allege any kind of abuse, insisting she was not a victim. The worst Trump had done, she said, was break promises she’d never believed he would fulfill. She claimed he’d offered to buy her a condo in Tampa, Florida, and that he’d said he wanted to feature her as a contestant in an upcoming season of Celebrity Apprentice. Daniels, who is far from naïve, says she did not take him seriously, but Trump had insisted his NBC contract let him do whatever he wanted on the show. Eventually, she said, he’d told her the network wouldn’t allow her on the air because of the objections of an executive’s wife.

REMARKS: Subpoena the phone records and verify IF any calls were held between these people whose phone numbers Stormy did not provide, nor her friend who claims Stormy told her of these things.

I watched the interview on 60 minutes and many things were apparent to me.
1) Her pupils were very large. Medications like the first generation of antihistamines (circa 1970's) can do that, so can belladonna, so can tranquilizers. Since cortisone is available for allergies, I would think it was from one of the other medications.
2) She says she had an affair, yet now says it was just that one time at the golf tournament that they had sex. An affair is not a one night stand. An affair is more than one date, less than a relationship. Yes she says she saw him a couple of other times in regards to potential busienss deals, but that does not qualify as an affair.
3) She did that CNN interview with Brooke Baldwin and said that during this one night of sex with Trump, she phoned her friend Alana and asked her to come and join them in a threesome, she also says (in the video) that Trump also requested the friend to come. Well the NSA stores ALL phone calls made in this country, it should be easy to prove or disprove if this conversation even happened.
4) Her lawyer is a Democrat and respresented Democratic interests.
5) She started her search to tell her story AFTER the Republican convention. Yes she was paid $130,000 but tht does NOT mean it was hush money. It seems more like quiet any controversy that could be distracting to voters money.
6) She waits from 2006 - 2007 till NOW, ten to twelve years later to come forth? Someone else is pulling the strings to make this happen.
7) The Playboy model who came forward was also paid off, $150,000 prior to Stormy's payout.
8) She said in the Intouch interview that the Golf club was selling her porno video and that Trump had bought a copy and wanted her to sign it? That can be refuted. Contact the gift store at the club and find out if they ever did that.
Impression: She is in trouble, owes someone big money or a big favor and they have made it clear if she does not do what they want her to do, they will ruin her, her life. When they talk about "in kind" campaign and election interference, interfering with an election, it seems pretty clear who is behind this. They could not impeach him over Russia and collusion because there was none; but they could impeach him over trying to influence a presidential campaign and that is what they are going for. It's the GROUP, the one that did not want him to become President, the same old people still at it.
Stormy should seek political asylum in another country and just get out of here. That is what would be best for her.

Gina - Why can't you ever accept the obvious? All of the other Trump supporters have accepted the fact that Trump cheated on his wife with Stormy Davis and moved on to the argument that it doesn't matter. You can pick your reason why it doesn't matter (happened 10 years ago before he was president; if his wife doesn't care than why should anyone else; or my favorite - Clinton and JFK did it too). You seem to be the last person on the planet to not accept the obvious. Time to pick your favorite - it doesn't matter because...- argument and move on. Even Trump has been quiet on Twitter and stopped the denials.

1) Her pupils were very large.
Strange that was the first thing I noticed on her close-up. Under the kind of lighting they had I found it strange, Anderson had normally dilated pupils. Just a rare moment of observant confluence by Gina and myself. I didn't or don't try to understand or explain it, girl just had some big eyes going.

Stormy has the better lawyer - good tactic to file for defamation against Cohen. He'll be fired and possibly disbarred by the time this all dies down.
My favorite theory is that the sexcapades is Trump's idea to distract voters from "my button is bigger than yours," the Dow, trade, immigration, and other topics about which voters could and should be having serious discussions. Instead, the headlines are T's sex life. His prowess and use/non-use of condoms hasn't made this many headlines since Marla declared him in the NY Post to be "The Best Lover I Ever Had." He loves that stuff.

Strange - I just recently was reading this article about Trump’s intermittent large pupils. It goes through all the possible reasons. The same reasons could apply to her:

Wow that article goes into quite the examination and hypothesising. When you are President everyone is going to critically look at everything. Not sure why anyone would really want to subject themselves to all this scrutiny.

I still believe T just wanted to WIN. He never actually wanted to BE president - especially after he found out it didn't mean dictator. He would have been happy enough to have won the nomination (blaming the loss of the presidency on someone else) and gone back to his corrupt crumbling empire and not answering to anyone.

I agree with you, but in today's world anyone on the news sets them self up for scrutiny. Anyone who accuses a politician of something is immediately threatened. Just look at survivors from the school shooting. The minute they talk about it they are called actors or communists or stupid or whatever. All they are doing is giving an opinion based on surviving a tramatic event, and yet they are dragged through the coals. Welcome to today's America.

He wanted to win, he just did not think it would actually happen. He has a very good understanding of the biggest task he faces and he has said that he was willing to die to stop the globalists of the Deep State from implementing their agenda which includes erasing the sovereignty or our national borders, destroying our Constitution, creating that one world government which ultimately will have a very evil person at the helm running the world. He understands all that. He knows he was chosen to stop them. I do not agree with all his ideas but at least he is trying.
