Trump has committed no crime so your association is a failure.

Hillary should go to jail for many felonies and her intentional violations of The Espionage Act.
There is a good chance that obama will not allow the prosecution but then again, obama has violated The Constitution so many times it long ago became his SOP.

That would of course be the final confirmation of his failure as president.

http://thehill.com/policy/national-security/276159-isis-threatens-clinton-aide-congressman

The Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (ISIS) is making death threats against a longtime Hillary Clinton
aide and a congressman. ISIS claims in the new issue of an English-language magazine from the terror organization that a list of "overt crusaders" and "apostates" should be killed.

“One must either take the journey to [ISIS’s self-proclaimed caliphate], joining the ranks of the mujahideen [fighters] therein, or wage jihad by himself with the resources available to him (knives, guns, explosives, etc.) to kill the crusaders and other disbelievers and apostates,” the extremist group wrote in the new issue of the magazine Dabiq, which circulated on the internet Wednesday.
The list naming officials in the U.S., United Kingdom and around the Western world is the first time the magazine has compiled a list of Muslims in the West it claims should be killed for their work, according to the Site Intelligence Group.

The 68-page magazine, which is the 14th issue of Dabiq, also heaps praise on the ISIS-linked terrorists who attacked an airport and metro station in Brussels last month, killing 32 people. Four of the attackers are profiled as “knights” of the group’s violence.

“Brussels, the heart of Europe, has been struck,” ISIS wrote in the foreword to the magazine. “The blood of its vitality spilled on the ground, trampled under the feet of the mujahideen.”

“Paris was a warning. Brussels was a reminder,” it added. “What is yet to come will be more devastating and more bitter.”

Remarks: The GOP has it's sights on Trump, and getting him out of the way, Isis has theirs on Clinton, this upcoming election doesn't seem like things will settle down, even after the conventions.

LOL...kind of like the guy who is asked in a job interview if he's ever been convicted of a felony. "Convicted? No, never convicted."

You have to wonder why someone with nothing to hide is so constantly and consistently averse
to telling the truth. It would seem she's her own worst enemy as far as bringing a lot of mistrust
down on herself. Why lie when the truth would work better (if you have nothing to hide?)

You must be talking about Donald Trump, who has lied way more than any of the other candidates running for POTUS in 2016 (there are numerous sources that verify this). Then again, all politicians lie so you could be talking about any of them...when it comes to lies vs truth, they are all pretty much even so judging one vs another based only on truthfulness is pure folly, IMO.

Breaking: The FBI Email Server Investigation Isn’t Going As Some Had Hoped
Alan Jude Ryland | May 6, 2016

[DIGEST: The Hill, CNN, Politics USA]

A U.S. official familiar with the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email server stated that the FBI has found no evidence Clinton intentionally violated the law, according to CNN. The investigation is ongoing, however, and remains focused on the security of the server and the handling of classified information.

The FBI has already interviewed several of Clinton’s aides, some more than once, officials say. Clinton’s longtime adviser Huma Abedin cooperated with the investigation, but her lawyers declined to comment further on it. FBI investigators also interviewed former Clinton employee Bryan Pagliano, who helped set up the server and provided documents and other materials under an immunity agreement.

A review of this material has similarly turned up no smoking gun thus far. Investigators expect to complete their work within the next few weeks, after which they will turn their findings over to the Justice Department. The Justice Department will then make a determination on whether to prosecute, but that likelihood has diminished significantly as a result of these revelations.

The FBI still needs to conduct an interview with the presidential candidate as part of its investigation, but there is no set date. Earlier this week, Clinton said the FBI has yet to contact her for an interview. Securing a private interview with Clinton has been a challenge for law enforcement officials because Clinton is active on the campaign trail. Clinton has a security team provided by the Secret Service, and she regularly has a bevy of campaign reporters following her every move. Investigators plan to coordinate Clinton’s interview with both her lawyers and her security team to guarantee privacy.

It is doubtful, however, that even Clinton’s interview will have an effect on the likely findings. As a recent review by politico.com of other classified document cases demonstrated, nothing in this case raises it to an exceptional one, where evidence of intent or wrongdoing is more clearcut. The Politico review concluded that, historically, the Justice Department has only brought charges where aggravating circumstances underlie the facts, as in cases of espionage or willful disclosure of classified material. As the investigation in this case draws to a close, there is so far no evidence of any wrongdoing rising to the level of past cases where the Department has brought formal charges.

This leaves Clinton’s opponents grasping, and they have begun now to level accusations of gross neglect or recklessness rather than criminality on the Former Secretary of State. In a statement, Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus appears to concede no intentional wrongdoing, but he still hopes that Clinton is tarnished with some kind of reputation for neglect.

“These FBI interviews are another reminder of the gross negligence Hillary Clinton displayed as Secretary of State when she set up an off the books email server that exposed classified information on thousands of occasion,” Priebus said. “This reckless attempt to skirt government transparency laws put our national security at risk, and underscores just how big of a risk a Hillary Clinton presidency truly is.”

Some experts have concluded that, in the absence of actual evidence of intentional wrongdoing, the Justice Department likely will not take the extraordinary step of issuing charges, especially during an election cycle and where the evidence at best might demonstrate only gross neglect. Should the FBI’s investigation conclude Clinton did not commit any crime, this will deal a significant blow to Republican hopes to use the investigation as a knock-out punch.

That is going to really disappoint Mule. I know he was hanging on this as his only hope.

He's the Sinatra candidate doing it "My Way". Now that he's the "leader" of the GOP, he's shifted his positions all over the board from when he was seeking the nomination. He just enjoys pissing off anyone & everyone in his path. These last two days, the candidate formerly pretending to be a Republican has breathed fire at anyone who doesn't want to ride his train.

The hilarious thing now that Trump is showing his true colors - there are no conservatives running for President this cycle. Conservatives have no one to turn to. Their party is in disarray. This after he sucked in all these voters who cast their ballots for an entertainer because he's "different" and "will do what he says". Right...watch him do what he says when he doesn't get elected.

How cute. And naive. I guess you didn't know that POTUS has been on his bucket list for over 25 years...he talked about and considered a run as far back as 1988, and actually did run for the Reform Party nomination in 2000 (ended his campaign early when he realized he had no real shot, Pat Buchanan ended up the nominee).

Bucket list is a list of things that you've never done to do before you die. Your life doesn't need to revolve around those things to be on the list.

For example, my bucket list might have an item pertaining to skydiving. Does that mean my life must have revolved around skydiving? No, it does not.

Let's try to keep these conversations accurate.

Ok, so who has hacked PB's account and is trying to make him into the voice of reason around here??

You ignore the point. My responsive comment was meant to contrast Trump with Hillary, necessary because the original response immediately deflected to Trump.
