Looks like it gets a lot of views. Guaranteed that thread did not get almost 6000 hits from the few posters left here, who don't even look at it ever. Which means it is probably checked daily by multiple agencies, waiting for some clue as to what the poster could develop into. Just keep an eye on the hits, if there are a bunch that keep happening, you can bet that thread is under close and serious surveillance. Man, if I was crawling the web looking for powderkegs, I would keep an eye on that for sure! Ya think there are enough trigger words in it? Probably more than any other thread on the entire web!

Well, I didn't start this thread, but since the subject is open I gotta say it's legit to call a couple questions re those endless terrorism-religion-paranoia threads . . .

With the search engine hit idea, it stands to reason that the thread also could be being followed worldwide, by Muslim extremists, as a voice of sympathy in the hated enemy bastion America. So G.I.N.A. intentionally or not could be serving as a kind of Islamic Tokyo Rose - creating confusion and misinformation, and blurring thought on both sides.

The actual person is most likely an innocent burnout ABB fan, perhaps a sheet or two of blotter at the Syria Mosque led to a lifelong obsession with Duane Allman and Mahomet, who knows, or a car accident while listening to Cat Stevens, however, the point being that such a weak, gullible, and malleable personality could easily become an unwitting pawn, a Manchurian Candidate - a psychobot marionette like Mark David Chapman.

So, G.I.N.A. the question is: Who and what are you? And who sent you? And who is pulling your strings? Getting messages through your fillings from HAARP?

Sounds far-fetched and paranoid, but when you take into account the thousands upon thousands of terrorism-religion-paranoia posts G.I.N.A. has generated, it's not so easy to laugh it off as simple lunacy - something has to be inspiring this program, and fueling it. The threads just keep building, methodically and inexorably, as if someone is doing it as an occupation. They are also the tip of the iceberg, representing an incredible amount of hours trawling the web for info.

These elaborate and mind-twisting feats of agit-prop are no simple product of one crank ABB fan - looks to me like G.I.N.A. is a channel for something much bigger. Some of it appears to be just plain drivel, or good-natured banter, but much of it seems designed to disrupt and render all associated dialogue, and any possibility of organized thought, totally ludicrous, thereby neutralizing hotspots on the web where people might possibly actually communicate.

Some posts are clearly, deliberately attempts to ruin dialogue on controversial matters, or provoke, such as ultra-racist comments in the black threads, or completely random references to unrelated matters, such as bringing up the Jon Benet Ramsey re-enactment in the Georgia Cop Black Guy Shot Me shooting thread.

After the ongoing and recent extremely offensive racist stuff, it seemed appropriate to voice genuine concern about G.I.N.A.

I don't think those threads are intended for the few stoner-rock stragglers in the Whipping Post. It looks like the information is being stealth-broadcast under the radar through this obscure subforum on an unrelated website, and possibly is getting plenty of attention elsewhere.

There is more to the G.I.N.A. than meets the eye, is my wild-eyed conspiracy theory.

Oh well, cool cyberpunk thriller plot, at the very least.
