FIRST ISSUE:
I heard her video and read the transcript of it also. She mentions that Kavanaugh was grinding on top of her. She also said that she had a one piece swimsuit on underneath her clothes when he was trying to get her clothes off.
1. Did he get he get her clothes off?
2. Was there intercourse? By Kavanaugh or by the male she names as Mark?
3. What sexual acts actually took place?
I believe something happened to her and that she knows who it was that traumatized her and she has named him as Kavanaugh. If he raped her (in any of her orifices) then that is rape. If he just was on top of her terrorizing her and humiliating her then that is assault.
What actually happened here?
SECOND ISSUE
If he indeed did assault/traumatize her then his judgment is in question, and a Supreme Court Justice must not have faulty judgment influenced by his lower sexual desires in decision making and behavioral conduct. He probably knows the laws just fine and could adjudicate cases objectively, but the moral fitness for the position is what would be in question.
We do need to consider the times/culture of people at the time this occurred. His alleged behavior is not really out of the norms compared to others in his social class. Did he act in ways that others would not have under the same circumstances? Possibly not. Is he any worse than any of his colleagues in Washington? Probably not, and that is the saddest commentary on the state of our nation.
THIRD ISSUE
The FBI will do a background check? A background check is almost nothing. Trump said they have free reign, others have said their investigation will be limited in scope. Well which is it? How can they mandate that they only have ONE WEEK to complete it? How do they know how long it should take to complete it unless it is all a sham just so they can say they did something.

One of the other things is, that some judges deny that unwanted/coercive intercourse is rape unless the womans private part is shredded and torn during the rape. They claim that if that did not occur then there was no rape. They say no doesn't mean no apparently because it was allowed to happen.
This incident could even spark a debate with the Supreme Court to define rape.
No means No and all people need to understand that.
