Remembering Butch on the anniversary of his passing

Alan I remember years ago Butch had something happening business wise in 1978 but I can't remember what it was. Perhaps a recording studio?
Anyway Butch said after the problems the band had in the mid 1970's and all the money they waisted and lost, he was leaning towards passing on being in the Allman Brothers when he found out Gregg and Dickey were buds again and want to get back together in 1978. But I can't remember what Butch was into.
But Dickey met with Butch and assured Butch that Gregg was sober and in good shape and Butch said what really sold him on rejoining the Allman Brothers was when Dickey played Butch Dickey's new song Crazy Love. Both men thought it was a hit.
And when the album and single came out in 1979,:Crazy Love did get a lot of airplay but unfortunately did not sell as well as Ramblin' Man. Crazy Love made it up to 29 on the singles chart so was a moderate hit single.
Do you know if it was a recording studio Butch had by 1978?
And do you know how Melinda is doing? Some news reports indicated Butch lost most of his net worth to the IRS and his death was related to that.
Butch helped make the band sound so good from the beginning.

I haven't seen this in years. Forgot how good the band sounded in 1989-90-91 and Butch Trucks is a big part of the interviews.
