New hard/classic rock sounding bands

Always on the hunt for new music , I am open to just about anything and genres , but the hard rock/classic stuff is my main wheel house.
I finally found some newer bands who fit that bill and just wanted to share and maybe the good members of this site will have some thoughts, inputs , suggestion and some bands they may want to shine a light on.
This first band "Crobot" sounds pretty scary from they're name , but they have some really good stuff.
Back At The Backwoods
Buffalo Summer-Money
Electric Mary -Bone On Bone
Dirty Streets - Stay Thirsty
Clutch-Firebirds
Spiritual Beggars-Hard Road

Everyone has a plan, till you get punched in the face,

You might want to check that link on the Clutch song.
Plus, Clutch is far from new. They have been around for about 25 years now.
I haven't heard of Crobot, but will check a little more into them. Also, Dirty Streets sounded pretty good as well.
If you like them, check out the first Wolfmother album. It's about 10 years old now, but has a nice retro sound.
Rival Sons is another to check out.

Thanks for the heads up on firebirds. I got turned onto Clutch with they're last one, Earth Rocker.
I like Rival Sons, they do have some good stuff also. Kinda of a classic hard rock twist with a modern flair.

Thanks. I like some of those.
My favorite Clutch album is Beale Street to Oblivion, which was two releases before Earth Rocker.

My favorite of theirs as well.

Simo, if you haven't run across them yet:

Will be seeing Simo tomorrow. Too bad it is as an opening act for Rusted Root. Would rather hear a full Simo show.

Good thing for you the aubs are off tomorrow...although if they were playing, it would likely be the 11:00 Breakfast with the Barn!!!!
He did solo show at Workplay earlier this year - totally awesome.

We've only had one early game this year, so other than last week we've avoided that former Jefferson Pilot game.

Crobot is a tremendous new band. If people still gave a shit about hard rock/metal (other than the people who post here I mean), they'd be a household name. GREAT band from my neck of the woods in Pottsville PA!
Clutch is fantastic and have largely flown under the radar somehow for 25 years. See them live. Amazing! The album they put out last year called Psychic Warfare is spectacular. Not a bad song on it. So great to hear a band that cares about putting an album out in 2016.
Nice to see some chatting about hard rock on here. It is alive and well, you just gotta dig around for it.
Also check out a great newer Canadian band called Monster Truck. Think early Grand Funk Railroad with a harder edge.
Also check out Scorpion Child

OJR, Oliver John-Rodgers
I've seen him twice since the first of August.
Front Door Man
My Generation
Sad Pony

You could try some of these, all with a '70's vibe:
The Golden Grass (US)
Blues Pills (Sweden)
Sacri Monti (US)
Earthless (US)
Golden Void (US)
Greenleaf (Sweden)
Kadavar (Germany)
Jeremy Irons & The Ratgang Malibus (Sweden)
Black Mountain (Canada)
The Vintage Caravan (Iceland)
Plenty to amuse yourself with there!

Rival sons- Saw them open for Black Sabbath, they have a good catalog of music so far.
Sharmans Harvest
Wolfmother
Monster truck
Scorpion Child

Some excellent recommendations on Rasc's list.
Also check out / google:
Dewolff (Netherlands)
Kamchatka (Sweden)
Sienna Root
Pristine

I like the Winery Dogs:

Thanks for the input folks. Some of the other bands listed I have heard of also and they are good.
A few remind me of the stoner, space, psychedelic hard rock bands of the 70's..kinda Sabbath style in a way.
Everyone has a plan, till you get punched in the face,

wow, some of these are great, while others are some serious poser hair metal with or without the hair!
Here's my favorite: J Roddy Walston and the Business
Hope you enjoy!
