Great show from the Mule last night in Boston. They teased Les Bres, and mountain Jam. Played come and Go Blues, and some of my favorite mule songs.
Concerts coming up are Little Feat in September, Blue Oyster Cult in October, and TTB at end of November.

I've never seen Mule live. How big was the venue and did they fill it?
No better live band now than Gov't Mule.
We saw them Tuesday in Lewiston.

If you like or love Mule music you must go see them live as often as you can, imo. Simple as that. 😉 
I have been seeing the Mule regularly for the past 15 years or so, and I think that at the show they played earlier this year in Central Park they sounded better than ever. Really jelling even more as a band and their sound has evolved also. Can't wait to see them again although that will probably be the next MYE.
The concert in Boston was just about sold out. You could have gotten ticket on night of show. Place holds , I'm guessing about three thousand people.
Blue Hills Pavilion capacity is 5200.

Hey guys. If anybody is within a decent drive of eastern Kentucky, The Mule will be at the Mountain Arts Center in Prestonsburg on 10/9. It's a beautiful performing arts center with only 1000 seats and great acoustics.
