@peach-head Yes happy birthday G. L. Allman. Would have been 73 today.

I love Laid Back too. Gregg's best solo album I think. Queens of Hearts is fantastic. Was suppose to be on Brothers and Sisters but didn't make it because the Brothers were not interested.  Always laugh when I listen to Queen of Hearts and recall an interview in which Gregg was asked which members didn't want to record it. Gregg said "I don't want to get something started this many years later but his initials are Butch Trucks"

Gregg sure seemed to have a great sense of humor. Something most of us were not privy to. I remember reading Warren saying how much fun him, Allen, and Gregg had on the bus. I would have loved to have been there.

An iconic influence over so many lives. I'm thankful he found a way to go on which helped everybody else do the same.  His music soothed so many suffering souls.  I am beginning to learn we are not always here just for our own evolution but also for others. Eventually we get to where we need to be spiritually and then God calls us home.  His legacy is left in each of us.  Thank you brother Gregg.
