A new Duane Allman compilation out in may: The Legend and the Legacy

Saw this on eBay and Amazon today. Don't recall seeing this offered before. Both Duane Allman Anthologies have been re-issued recently (only on vinyl?) and then there's the massive 7CD boxset of a few years ago. Not sure what to think of this.

I'm no musician but that looks like a Strat and Duane didn't play one of those.

Duane played lots of guitars! The solo on Wilson Picket's version of "Hey Jude" was played on a Strat'.

The world can never have too much Duane Allman!
Here's to always playing it Loud And Proud

There's only one place for Little Martha and it isn't halfway through a disc.

You can make your own if you have the box set or both anthologies'

If I'm remembering correctly what I've read in the past, I think it was actually a hybrid, with a Tele neck.

You may be thinking of the Tele with a Strat neck that Duane played in the Hour Glass.
