Very cool to see! Who's the guy beside Gregg playing keyboards/piano?

Dickey and Berry were a truth powerhouse during this time. Can't imagine the pressure on Dickey at the time.

Like the commercial says, take me back to college.....please

The pressure on Dickey had to be a immense during this time. I give him the credit due him for stepping up and holding the band together during the rough times.

Same here -- Gregg in his book saw it as Dickey "annointing himself the five-star general of the Allman Brothers Band," but there would have been no band if not for Dickey

maybe it would've been just as well -- they lost a band member for the 2nd straight year, in the middle of recording for the 2nd straight year -- 2 years in a row of their world being knocked out from underneath them

not many would've blamed them if they managed to complete Brothers & Sisters, perhaps with Joe Dan or Johnny S doing Berry's bass parts -- & called it good as a coda to a phenomenal 4-albm career (along w/Beginnings) -- "unable to be the ABB without Duane & Berry"

Well said Stephen. Some people would not have had the mental fortitude to continue. They would have considered it a good run and gone on to other musical endeavors.

Mentioned this clip to Berry Jr last night. Said he was very interested in seeing it.

It does not show it, but Butch grabs Berry arm has he starts playing Whipping Post. I make you think out bad Berry really was during that concert.
