Hey all,
It's been a while since I've signed in, but I wanted to let you know about a couple of interviews I did recently in which Duane Allman was mentioned.
I just finished an interview with Joey Molland of Badfinger and we were talking about slide guitar and I asked him about Duane. He surprised me by telling me that Duane came to one of their shows in Atlanta and what a "lovely" guy he was. This happens about 21 minutes in to part one of the interview.
In September I spoke with John McLaughlin and he too surprised me by talking about touring with Duane and what a great player he was. This happens about 30 minutes into the interview.
