Does anyone know what this consists of, or have attended one of these before at the Beacon. They sent me an email, but it mainly talks about times and the fact I get a CD or download code for the show.
Like do they just let you hang out in the hallway, or in the basement? Is there anything else special about this "event"? I guess I could ask the people running it, but thought first hand knowledge here could be helpful.
I bought a ticket on ticket master general onsale that has this as part of the deal.
I went this spring and it was ok. they have food to snack on and free beer for an hour or two. if you buy shirts or a poster you can leave and take them back to your hotel or car. you can only walk around in the lobby but you can meet some of the other people going to the show, some from other countries and its their 1st show. I think that was about all it was if I remember right. its a long wait until showtime just standing around though.
I didn't receive an email about pre-show hospitality or free CD/download. I bought my ticket from Ticketmaster. Maybe I'll show up an hour early and see what's going on.
