Being a "veteran" of dozens of Allman Beacon shows, and the guy who is known by aquaintences as "that huge Allman Brother fan", a question repeatedly asked of me by friends recently was "are you going to one of the final shows?

My answer was no, I won't pay $400 for the last row on Stub Hub, but I am holding out hope that one of the many people who know my passion for the band will have an extra and think of me.

That wish came true yesterday, as a longtime friend called with an extra for Tuesday night. Yeaaaaahh!!!

The moral of the story is, don't be ashamed to let people know your passions, good things will happen.
