Review of Friday night:
"But Friday wasn't about laments or nostalgia. Rather, it was about showcasing the enduring power of a blues-based jam band nonpareil. Ghosts or no ghosts, the group showed once again and for all time the timelessness of music rooted in the human condition.
The Allman Brothers Band will soon die. Long live the Allman Brothers Band."
