Tried to get tickets for Cat Stevens.... tickets were $96-$250 -my wife didn't want to pay that much, so I didn't get any......... had some for $147 show up, but didn't pull the trigger............

Had a nice weekend. Conor turned 21 last week, so Putz, Steph and I took him to Rebirth Friday for his birthday. Ain't no party like a Rebith Party!
After plenty of fluids the next morning, we went to the last 6 hours of the inaugural Reggae Fest Chicago. It was a nice little event, which had as much old and new ska as reggage. Lee "Scratch" Perry did his insane dub thing, and Toots and the Maytals closed.

Went out on my buddies boat on Saturday. That was a lot of fun.
Just need to get through today and tomorrow then I have the rest of the week off.
Have a chilled glass with some The Balvenie Doublewood resting nearby.

I did, will see if I have any vacation days left for Leon. The NMS is the Sunday after Thanksgiving which is perfect if Greensky Bluegrass does there two night run in town on Friday and Saturday.
Also Riot Fest ticket came in the mail. Birthday weekend in Chicago.
