For bourbon stouts, the flagship is Goose Island's Bourbon County Stout. It is pretty much impossible to get (although I have some). Only released the day after Thanksgiving, usually gone the same day (in Chicago). They have expanded distribution, so it can be found in other places.
My favorite right now is Revolution Brewery Deep Wood Series - Deth's Tar. It is expensive ($15.99 for a 22 oz bottle) but it is very good.
For beer that you can actually buy, Dragon's Milk from New Holland Brewery in Meeeeechigan is very good.
I also had a Revolution Brewery Deep Wood Series Very Mad Cow - a milk stout stored in bourbon barrels - very good, but was $18.99 for a 22 oz bottle.....
Had a Boulevard Brewing rye on rye on rye IPA tonight. Very tasty

Not bourbon stouts but my favorite stouts right now are Saugatuk Neapolitan Stout and Bells Cherry Stout. If Founders distributes in your area Kentucky Breakfast Stout is worth getting.

Still have 15 or 16 of 2015 Bourbon County Stouts including a sealed case. My plan is to have one every three months as they claim the taste changes during that interval.

Had a nice weekend.
Galactic and Bombino were great on Saturday (much better than the microbrewery I stopped at in Whiting).
Also went to a birthday party Saturday for a friend with serious health issues. He's doing well, and we laughed a lot.
Had family over yesterday for a birthday meal for my youngest.
Added bonus-my oldest son started a job today.

It's killing me to be missing it. I had been planning since the first of the year. I was going to go to Ft. Walton and spend a couple days riding my bike along the Redneck Riviera, then head on over to Live Oak. But, my boss decides he is coming to town and I have to cancel all of it.
