I’ve seen the Bros many times, and made the annual trip to 75th and Broadway almost every year they have played the Beacon. Also, I should point out that I am a very harsh critic of shows I attend. But, this performance was just phenomenal! The show started around 8:15 and was in high gear from the very first note. The Band was smiling with the crowd, gesturing to each other and really appeared to be enjoying themselves. The guys completely outdid themselves. Greg even appeared to be looking over his Hammond and thinking DAMN! They absolutely rocked! Towards the end Butch took over and just crushed the drum solo. When he sat back down to his kit he made a face to the crowd like, i just worked my ass off! GUYS you really were tremendous! THANK YOU! Please don’t ever stop playing!
