It is with heavy heart that I have to announce we have lost another member of our extended Allman Brothers Band forum family: Dan. Dan's son, who recently registered here as Cars10, reached out to me to relay the sad news.
Dan was always really generous and nice to me. I remember when reseeded the 1997 Beacon Theater run for me when I first got into vining here. He was always great to chat with and he surely loved the Allman Brothers Band and Jerry Garcia.
Fly on, Dan; hope Duane, Berry, Jerry Garcia, Butch and Gregg are playing a heck of a show for ya! Gonna miss ya around these parts.
