Even Ford seems to expect him to defy their policy by saying the WH has its own policies even though they've sent him all the information about the plant.

So, he wore his custom presidential mask (navy w/the white presidential seal) while touring a closed area & went maskless to deprive the press (who film for the American public) the pleasure of seeing it???
