Look at all the drugs that the Rep. allowed to enter even when they were just saying no. Helped create all these gangs that are shooting each other. I guess Just Say No was pretty stupid. They should have called it Just Smoke Crack and Shoot People. Amazed that Just Don't Steal or Just Don't Shoot People didn't work either.

There has been active mob-govt collusion in drugs smuggling by the West since the Opium War Era, thru the Vietnam Era, (might as well throw in Prohibition), thru the Central American involvement Eras, to Afghanistan... and again, it has nothing to do with Democrats or Republicans. Unless you believe James Holmes is a jihadist and then you need the psychological treatment Holmes needed. Of course he didn't get it because the mental health system in the U.S. was and continues to be broken.
