Colorado may be on the verge of repealing it's capital punishment law.

Why a guy like Christopher Watts is allowed to live is beyond me. He should be killed in the manner he killed his wife and children. They didn't seek death penalty in that case.

I know there are problems with wrongful convictions and potential drawn out death row process, but when you have a case like this, why can't we just get rid of this awful person as quick as possible and send him off to hell already.

I think more people need put to death for their heinous crimes and rid this earth of them.

I cant go with you on the death penality, we cant redo those wrongful convictions once they have been killed. I agree that this is an awful person who commited an awful act and life in jail will remove him from society. I dont think any govt should be empowered with life and death. Ill leave that judgement for a higher and wiser power.

There are fates worse than death - you have to be alive to experience them.

Death would be better than to put someone in prison for the rest of their life. They should have a choice if they want death or they want to spend their life in prison. If they want death, a marksman can accomplish this quickly, painlessly without causing disfigurement to person.
