Official or not, these typically describe people who support a political party or at least who agrees with some of their ideas. Why would they be offensive?

If you have to ask what is appropriate, you are either: Passive aggressively challenging the moderator, who's patience is already worn thin; trolling and testing your limits; trying a stealth attempt to stir up discord; or genuinely unaware of obvious social cues.
