This is the same guy who severely criticized Sanders and Clinton because they didn't make reparations for slavery a main concern in their campaigns. He also broke with Obama because he said "The best reparations we can provide is good schools in inter city, and jobs for people who are unemployed."

Trump didn't start the birther movement. The birther movement was started in 2004 by Andy Martin, who also started the "Obama is a Muslim" campaign. He also is the one who started the rumor about George W. Bush using cocaine during the 2000 campaign. Martin was also running for president that year. Actually, he runs for president every 4 years, and in between runs for any office open. He claims he is a Democrat, or a Republican, or an independent.

That's the same as the networks showing the last of a car chase with the guy being put on the ground and hit with batons, but doesn't show that a moment before he tried to run over a police officer with his car.

As pointed out, Trump didn't start the birther movement, so that's one point against the video, and you for believing it.
The judge is a point in which some confusion can be had. He has given Trump some judgements against motions made, but since the controversy began, he's sided WITH Trump on several fronts.
Check and see what type judgements and dealings Trump had with Mexican judges and lawyers in the time period before this happened.

He's different, not a career politician, he more than likely won't get a second term, but-he's got more people engaged in political discussion than has happened in a long time.
