Checked the Facebook page and haven't found any of the comments posted in the article, or the photo with the caption shown.
Did see one about the haters posting, but no comments,different caption, saw the one announcing the concert, no comments like the ones the article was about .
I didn't know about national parks Radio, and I will really be trying to get that going (love the Lumineers).
I think I'll go into conspiracy mode here and suppose it might have been some disgruntled radicals that couldn't get their favorite band on stage so are taking it out on Tinarwein, hoping to get others in trouble.

It's a conspiracy theory, but I have seen things like that done before when people that want to get their way, don't get their way.
Also, could be where the guy had others post on his account to get ticket sales going. They did say that sales were lower than they expected. Kinda like what you said about Nike.
Possible I guess. Tinariwen is a top international act, sell out shows, promoters dont have to pull stuff like that. Still, could just be jokers stirring up sh*t. Tinariwen isnt political - their fans and organization are cool people.
Just checked Ramkat Facebook - they deleted the comments, same as how bad stuff gets moderated here - plenty of comments responding to the deleted posts. Wouldnt serve Ramkat to fabricate something that would make their area look like sh*t and cause bands like Tinariwen to avoid the place.

Shows he thinks it sucks. Doesn't want to be associated with it. At least he followed up and read the material and responded, unlike the folks who tacitly support this stuff.
What would be said in certain "safe spaces" if four lads with MAGA hats showed up to play a gig? There could be violence.

Amen. I said it it another thread that not all Trump supporters are racists, but they all clearly don't have a big enough problem with racism. A poll cited on CBS News this week showed 80% of Republicans supporting the "Go Back" tweets. I can't believe 1% of anybody supports the president using an internet media platform that is designed for teenage girls to comment on Taylor Swift's new clothes as a tool to embolden society's worst tendencies.
