I think the Big 10 may be 6-0 now? As Iowa just defeated Cincinnati in a really good game!

I'm 26 out of 32 games.

I took all the 12 seeds as usual and only one lost.

Of the games I missed, only K State was picked to get past the next game.

Murray State point guard Ja Morant likely the #2 pick in the draft after Zion Williamson. Murray got blown by Florida State yesterday but I saw all of Morant that I needed to see..........incredible talent. And Steph Curry and Draymond Green have already given their thumbs up on him after watching him for the first time.

The Duke / UCF game was one of the best I've seen in a very long time! That could have broken a lot of brackets.

Yes, WHAT a ballgame! Everyone of course is talking about Duke's Zion Williamson, but I would think a lot of NBA teams would be licking their chops over UCF's 7'6" center Tacko Fall. Hard enough to throw a shot up over a 7 footer............but over 7'6"?? And he is NOT a klutz, actually very coordinated. And he barely has to jump at all to either block a shot or slam the ball. He had something like 6 slams yesterday. I know the NBA game has translated into a 3 point shooting contest but nonetheless I think Fall could really have an impact in the middle at the next level.

Fall was a plus 15 vs Duke yesterday:

Agreed on Ja Morant. He’s going to nice NBA player, and a few people have also commended his character as well which is always refreshing.

The press kept talking about the easy last second tip in that was missed; but that was no easy shot. Moving at high speed and getting the ball well below the rim.

the tournament is always completely wide open. Due to the best players turning pro after 1 or 2 years of college, those teams like Duke dont have the cohesiveness and teamwork that some of the smaller schools where kids stay 3 or 4 have. This makes for the teams with all the talent being off set by lack of teamwork that developes over time.

It is fun to watch but if kids from Duke and Kentucky and N Carolina and Kansas and a few others, stayed for 4 years, those clubs would probably be the final four every year.

In a way it is easieer to recruit multiple A level players with one and done. If they stayed 4 years the recruits down the line would feel they wouldn't get playing time

Texas Tech vs. Gonzaga today is the game I'm waiting for. Gonzaga took down a very powerful Florida St. team on Thursday; TT held Michigan to 16 points in the first half! Unbelievable defense.

Player to watch: Gonzaga's Brandon Clarke, a junior. A 6'8" forward, he had 15 points 12 boards and 5 blocks vs. Florida St. Earlier in the tourney he had a 36 point game. Extremely athletic and can jump out of the building. Very smart move by him to transfer to Gonzaga and get this type of exposure. He played his first two years at San Jose State which is 5 miles from me. I went to their games for 20 years but got tired of all the losing and so was not even aware of him at all until after his transfer as I stopped following San Jose State years ago. Some are saying that he's a lottery pick and when you combine his offense and defense it's very easy to see why. My guess is he will enter the draft this year.

exciting games yesterday, hope Duke and Kentucky games are great today. I have been blown away in my pool but did predict a Duke/Kentucky final so still alive. Of course both teams have tough games today. Auburn lost one of their star players to an ACL. Purdue/Virgina game was terrific last night.
