If you think they became criminals just by crossing the border (thus why they are called illegal aliens), then yes he did. Not just amnesty but citizenship.
That's part of his plan. You know it is and you are doing your best to deflect from it. You still haven't said whether or not you support that plan. From your response, I am assuming you publically support it because your hero offered it, yet you are actually embarrassed by it because of your dislike for Mexicans and if the Democrats were to have offered this same plan instead of Amnesty Don you wouldn't be able to shut up about the Democrats offering "blanket amnesty" to 1.8 million illegal aliens.

Something big needed to happen on this.However, the 25 billion $ would be better spent on education and jobs programs for such a huge influx of new citizens, as well as current citizens.

If his fans held him to his campaign rhetoric, what they would see this as is giving 1.8 million illegal aliens citizenship, and giving Mexico $25 million in US taxpayer dollars since he's now willing to pay for something he promised Mexico would. It seems some conservatives now see this for what it is, but I'm sure Mule still loves it for no reason other than many Democrats still don't like it.
