Just saw on Facebook that Reverend Tim Larkin passed away yesterday.  His daughters will post visitation info when available.  I will post a link in this thread when they do.

Back in the day Tim had a radio show in Central Illinois that played a lot of Allman Brothers.  Used to see him at the Chicago area shows.  Last time I saw him was at the Govt Mule/Blackberry Smoke concert in Peoria a few years ago.  He sent me a FB friend request, and we have chatted a few times.

I took a family vacation to Washington DC years ago.  We stopped in Cleveland on the way, and went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.  As we walked up, the speakers around the fountain were playing Jessica.  Walked in to pay, and Reverend Tim was in line in front of me.

Still in shock from hearing this.  The Rev was quite a character.  I will miss him.
