I will defer to the ones who place their knowledge, skill-sets and claims at being able to fix issues... These are the people currently in charge of these cities, the experts. When they are the heads of municipalities that are failing on almost every level, I see nowhere else to place the blame for poverty and crime. People have voted in Baltimore just like they do in Omaha, Portland and Savannah. Why are these select cities always at the bottom?..The collapse of the family?..Lack of value placed on education?.. No available jobs?

Anybody on this site who has read my posts would know I'm a liberal, don't shy away from it, don't hedge my positions like some people on here, and am not a racist. My posts speak for themselves.
