FBI are involved around the nuclear facility in North Carolina. This is above where it ever floods, there is a 20 foot wall. It is built like Fukushima, the same design. What's going on down there?

The local news is reporting a dam breach at a coal ash pond belonging to Duke that’s getting into the Cape Fear river. SCANA is reporting that they are trying to contain the same type thing at one of theirs in SC.
