Here's another article with different polling and substantial results. I guess those who really believe the 30 some percent would just dismiss anything other than Rasmussen or accept anything that Trump tells them. Gallup shows significantly lower than the 30 some percent - what a surprise.

What % of black vote did Trump win in 2016? Wasn't it around 8%. So all of a sudden delusional people believe he has some 30+ pct of approval amongst that significant segment of the population? The most pro-Trump person I know is a Mexican musician who is on public assistance and can't keep a regular job (partially due to his inability to keep his mouth closed about politics at work). He reminds me a bit of Frank on Shameless. Always blaming others for his problems while living on the public dole, yet somehow thinks the Republicans represent him.
