How many times your mind play tricks on you? Coronavirus symptoms when you're really fine?

So many times this spring and still...I'd get a sore throat and think oh man why is my throat sore. Sneeze? I don't think I'm allergic to anything, why am I sneezing? Why is my nose running? Strange head ache. What's that? I feel warm, do I have a fever? Should I not sleep in bed with my wife tonight? Should I tell somebody I feel weird?
Probably just a heightened sense of stuff. I can't tell you how many times the last 4 months I felt weird and thought for a minute or two that it might be getting sick or something. Then it always goes away and I feel normal again. Coronavirus hypochondria! Anyone experience it?

almost every day in March and April, especially after I was exposed.
took my temperature about 3 times a day.
drove me nuts

Every time I see my doctor, or my LPNs, they ask "You still got that cough?"
I work in the woods a lot so I deal with mold and rot quite often.
Some mornings I wake up with a stopped up head and heavy cough.
A hot shower, 4 cups of coffee, hit the bathroom, and I feel better.

Try working for a large hospital. 😛
I take my temp several times a day, surprised my hands haven't fallen off from all the sanitizer! Mask is now an easy habit, you never really get used to them, but it does get very tolerable.

In February, right when things were flaring up, I had a high fever, cough, severe headache, body aches and extreme fatigue. At that time there was little talk about the virus. Went to the doctor and tested positive for Influenza A.
Had I not gone to the doctor and tested positive for the flu, I would have looked back on those symptoms and wondered if indeed I'd had covid. (Never had shortness of breath though)
"Is that a real poncho or is that a Sears poncho?"
