Agent Orange says he is taking Hydroxychloroquine. Side effects include paranoia, hallucinations, and psychosis. How would we know?

Well, to be fair, he probably needs malaria protection in the swamp he created.

Or complete denial if anything comes up against him. He can say the hydrochloriquin made him say things or think things that were not right. It will not be his fault, it disrupted his usually perfect tweetstorm etc.
