This is kind of a big deal. News journalists privately admitting they reported something they knew was false for ratings. Not that this is a surprise considering how mouth holes like Tucker* and Hannity spin things, and we all know they were texting Trump and his allies on Jan 6 as if they were part the administration. So when FOX News angered MAGAts by being the first network to call Arizona for Biden in 2020, they worried they would lose their audience to Newsmax and began spreading the Trump Administration's false election claims.
There will always be a degree of bias in the media. But this is proof of a conscious effort to deceive the public and reverse-engineer their "reports" to gain ratings. Howard Beale is alive and well, it would seem.
The good thing is that they can be sued for knowingly lying and defaming parties involved in the election process.

Meh, I am not surprised as Fox was always about chasing rating as opposed to reporting real news and Trump supporters seem to love them.
Don't see this having any impact on Fox as those who watch them will continue to get all there fake news from them. Business as usual
Of course it's no surprise, and it's not going to change any viewers' opinions (Fox News certainly isn't reporting this story). People seem to know what flavor they like regardless if it poisons them.
20 years ago Dan Rather stepped down after decades of reporting because he based a report on documents whose authenticity could not be verified. There was journalistic integrity and accountability. Now "journalists", many of them former politicians or lawyers or TV personalities who never went to journalism school, say whatever they want so long as the ratings hold steady.
Today we are past public accountability and that's the crux of it: FOX News' MAGA viewers checked out because FOX reported a truth their viewers didn't like and the network has been lying in order to get them back ever since. Now it's simply a matter of public record in a court case against the network. There can at least be legal accountability, even if the network will simply aim its viewers' wrath in that direction like they've done against the FBI and others it disagrees with.
The treasonists and grifters of the nutjob right will stop at nothing. Don't sleep on this bunch of fox fascists, they are quite capable of taking this country down.

The night time shows are nothing more than entertainment television, it doesn't resemble anything close to news.
Have I seen commercials correctly, is Rudy Giuliani going to have a show starting on MSNBC? Night time news networks racing to the bottom of the barrel aren't they?
Anyone watching Newsnation? My wife likes to watch Cuomo, Dan Abrams and Ashley Banfield. I occassionally watch, not so much a fan of Banfield's coverage and style. I have always enjoyed Chris Cuomo even with his controversies.
But...but... what about the security footage of them closing down the counting early so no witnesses then going back to counting the spare votes under the table and that handful six times over. it's all on video, ffs. I get you want your own side to win but a little less propaganda and a little more truth might help avoid a Putin of your own someday.

however - for the 1st time I could recall - was amazed to see a negative headline recently that didn’t have Trump’s name,

it had to do w/economic info
imo he’s not trying to put something over on the people or deliberately mislead the public - he’s 80 yo & might’ve mixed up his info - again you can’t interpret statistics
juat thankful we were spared all the “treasonous crimes against America…….” reports the same clams, verbatim, would’ve caused had Donald said them

First time anyone had every seen it, and she's saying that was 'debunked'. It was on effing video fer crying out loud and there were other cities.
