Politics does not belong on a sports program. Being that she did it on Twitter shouldn't effect her job, or should anything any other employee does off the job effect their job.
No one should be fired for things they do or say on social media, unless it's illegal.
Since ESPN make it a habit to disciple their employees with termination for doing the same thing, only difference is their political view, this looks like black privlidge to me with a side of liberal mainstream media endorsement.
When you work for a company, you represent that company, so ESPN and Disney can do what they want to protect their brand. Just ask Howard Cosell.
However, she isn't wrong, so I don't see what the big deal is.
