There is no bigger fan of Eric Clapton than me. But the guy has demonstrated some off his rocker behavior at a couple of turns in his life. He and Van Morrison are teaming up to bitch and moan about Covid safety precautions.

Ultra rich rockstars with the means to possibly the best treatment for Covid whining about lockdowns designed to prevent the spread of Covid....If only we all had their means...
@chain And citing that Covid threatens an end to the music business. I'd get it (a little) if it were some young, up-and-comers whining. But these two have made multiple fortunes over their careers. How much more money could they possibly need that is worth endangering their fans?
Neither of them are known for being super intelligent. Clapton abused his ex-girlfriends, hook-ups/boyfriends-he is bisexual-and former wives, and is super racist against South Asians, Arabs, blacks, non-British/non-Scandinavian Europeans, and despite the PR about him being sober, opening up drug rehabs, etc. he is not sober and still gets drunk, and binges on cocaine. But it's a poorly kept open secret by this point.
At least Van Morrison admitted he's an alcoholic/drunk and makes no secret of it.
