That's too bad. To me it shows that despite best efforts and policy, it can still creep in and cause havoc. Not everyone is going to do what is expected of them...be it in Victoria Australia, Barcelona Spain or Phoenix Arizona.

723 tested positive yesterday and 14 total dead since march, i think that shows a much greater level of concern for citizens. They shut down borders between states at 111 per day
